Room service only happens if requested. This is what we were told on day 3 of no linen replacements. Building is dirty and shows a lot of wear. Saw the same garbage in the stair case the five days we were there. Hotel is surrounded by 7 weed shops that can be seen from the parking lot. The stretch of road it’s located on is referred to as “the green mile” according to family. Be very careful driving that road. Lots of crazies. Only food nearby is a Taco Bell that operates out of the gas station.

I stayed one night under my name, and the two following nights under my boyfriends' name, for a funeral. The room was decent, but the doors must have a gap because all the hallway and lobby noise/conversation is heard in the room. The hotel is run down and looks like it needs a lot of financial investment to be competitive. Employees were fine. Just not a repeat hotel for me in the future.

So angry with this property, I booked a king room paid for it and at check in it took forever, the clerk said o booked a queen room when I had a receipt from Expedia it was a king. Won’t use Expedia again

The property has a lot of homeless people living there with young children running around the halls. The pool area is locked, the lights were never on when we attempted to go in. Staff couldn’t figure out how to turn them on. The room on Saturday morning was 65 degrees. There were no coffee makers in the room but I was told the coffee would be on 24/7, 365. The only problem was that when I went to get a cup. The coffee machine was busted. Saturday afternoon, while taking a nap, the fire alarm went off. It was quickly shut off. I know from previous experience, that when an alarm goes off, you exit the hotel until the fire department gives an all clear. This did not happen. My only conclusion is, that this had happened before. When headings to the front desk, I saw a young boy, no more than three wandering the hallway. Later, a woman walked up to me and asked if I knew who he was. She said that he had been wandering around for over an hour. Dear traveler, don’t believe the glowing reviews. This place is a nightmare.

I got woken up a few times by the noises from the room beside. The bathroom seems a bit old, and noisy air con for my dad's room. Cannabis store is one block away, if anyone minds. They have a gas station and convenience store right beside them which is nice if you want some snacks.

Honestly, there wasn’t a part about staying here that wasn’t 5/5. Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Quiet area. Amazing breakfast. Indoor pool. Fitness center. And it’s not outrageously priced! It’s actually pretty cheap.

It was good. But breakfast can be improved. For fruits there were only apples, which was good but you could also have bananas, oranges and yogurts and boiled eggs, those things are practical. Some ideas.

There was a really bad smell in the bed sheets & or comforter which we didn’t notice until really late. Had to leave early in the morning & wasn’t back at property until late again the next night. Informed the women at the desk who said it was too late no one was there to do anything. I slept on the very edge of the bed & my partner slept on the couch. Wish they would have at least comped me a stay for another time.

We found bugs in our room, and the” manager” was called after we already switched rooms once and she told me there would be no refund and that” she was the boss” and hung up on me…. Completely rude completely nasty would not recommend.

Took 2 hours to check in then the room we reserved wasn’t available got a different room wasn’t ready and ended up with even another room. The pool cleaner chemical holder wasn’t secured and my 3 year old fell into it and scraped her leg.

Soft spots in the floors, plywood screwed onto the exterior of one of the rooms, has been that way for at least 2 weeks, whole hotel smells of burning marijuana and damp carpets. Some of the staff were great, others, not so much. Safe yourself the disappointment and inconvenience and stay elsewhere.

BED BUGS BEWARE DISGUSTING
DO NOT STAY HERE. The pictures are very deceptive, the hotel smelled nasty and musty, construction material was strown about, the elevator buttons were broken, they didn't have automatic opening doors, no carts for luggage, it was very off putting. There was also random people sitting outside in lawn chairs smoking god knows what when we pulled up. When we finally made it to our room, we were greeted with dead bed bugs on the floor of our room. So we immediately left and asked for a refund which they could not give me. On top of a $100 extra charge for a "Room Fee" they charged my card for without my knowledge, for a room infested with BED BUGS. The man at the front desk acted like he had no clue, but it was very obvious. Trying to get my money back was also a nightmare, and I was being accused of not even going into the hotel and just lying about a bed bug infestation, on top of all the other problems this hotel has. Please do not stay here.
