I could not have been more pleased with my stay! I have already booked 2 more stays at this lovely hotel. The staff was phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and kind. I was in Houston for care at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital and the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable and make every second perfect for me. The food is spectacular and the pool is wonderful. I cannot wait to go back!!

The property is beautiful, but it wasn’t cleaned very well. There were used floss picks on the bathroom floor and candy wrapper in the closet and bed. The Keurig did not work, the toilet seats were ALL loose. Low water pressure in the shower and a lot of paint scuffs on the walls. The bath towels were also very small and had a slight odor once wet. Again, the property is gorgeous and decorated beautifully…I just think they should hire a new cleaning company

"Ok I don’t mean to bash anyone but tell me why I went to bed with no bites on me and when I woke up the next morning I had a 2 bites behind my right are 2 on my back left then 2 bites on my right and one on my front shoulder blade I’m sure it’s bed bugs I stayed in room 211 thankful for the stay ..."
