Fantastic hotel! Wonderful breakfast, great communication before and during, very helpful and supportive staff and lovely apartments that have every need you could want. Could not recommend Santa Maria 24 enough. Fantastic.

Perfect place
Great apartment style accomadations. Very comfortable and beautiful view from the bedroom of the sea. Right in the centre of old town, perfect location. Rocco can drive you to places within old town and also out to the beach clubs or teain station, very handy as it us very difficult to get a taxi. Cleaners were there every day and we great with restocking everything. The owner is a lovely woman who always made sure we were taken care of. The breakfast is delicious and their restuarant for dinner was very good. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This Apartment Hotel is wonderful! The reception hostess went above and beyond expectations to assist me and get me complete after a long day of delayed trains and travel. She arranged a pickup for me at the train station (in their very cool vintage car) even though it was getting late in the evening. I'm already planning on coming back to this gorgeous property. The room is fabulous with luxury amenities and oh so comfortable bed and linens. The location in Monopoli is also perfect!

We had a fantastic time, the staff looked after us really well. Towels were available for beach days. We felt bottled water should have been given free every day and that hooks for bathrobes and towels were needed around the rooms.

Staff who bend over backwards to help.
The staff here are the best! We were met at the station on arrival & taken back to the station on leaving. We hit a problem in our room not long after arriving and the staff couldn't be more understanding & sympathetic. The spacious rooms & well equipped kitchen was a bonus. The breakfast buffet catered for all tastes and had a range of savoury & sweet treats. Loved having a selection of seasonal fresh fruit & yogurts. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes from the beach & 2 minutes from lots of great eating places. I couldn't recommend this place more. We'd have no hesitation booking here again.

Nice but a little noisy
Amazing location, nice size apartment and super cute courtyard for drinks. The issue being noise (not from outside but in) and temperature. We were kept awake most of the two nights we were there by neighbouring apts, and the apt was so hot the aircon just made no difference whatsoever. The ‘superb’ breakfast was also sadly disappointing, as just really some sweet treats and fruit. However, for a couple of nights stay you couldn’t beat the sea-side location in the heart of the old town and we felt very welcome by the friendly staff.

We are really sorry that you found our breakfast more than disappointing because as you will be able to see you were the only customers who did not appreciate our large buffet of local products. We also had a particularly very hot summer, hence the drops in electrical voltages which put our central to a malfunction of our air conditioning. Great Stay
Excellent experience. I needed a last-minute place to stay during a road trip in Puglia and this was the perfect solution. I booked the same day and arrived later in the evening and Patricia at the front desk was incredibly helpful both in terms of generously finding a place for me to park and in welcoming us. The room is conveniently designed and has everything you need. Breakfast was great too.

We only stayed here for one night, but I wish we would have booked for longer! The room was spacious, bright, and clean, and well-located. The staff (Patricia and Rocko!) were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were assisted in finding parking outside of the old city and then we were transferred with our luggage in an adorable old bug to the apartment. The breakfast was also the best free breakfast that we had on our stay in Italy. I highly recommend this location!

Among the best in Italy After staying at some very nice places during my last two months' travels in Italy, this hotel has been the most pleasant. Ambiance (minimalist modern mediterranean style), decor, view, practicality and last, but definitely not least, the wonderful, warm, helpful (and fun!) staff. Grazie mille a tutti voi!!! Everything was of a quality with the comfort of the guest in mind: from Himalayan salt in the well stocked kitchen to a bottle of each, naturale and frizzante, water in the fridge, to rain shower in the bathroom. All adds up to a genuine valuation of 'superb'. I think the town of Monopoli also desrves a mention. Tuscany in general, Tropea in Calabria and Lecce in Apulia, all were 'best places', for me. Monopoli is right up with them. One suggestion: how about some tv channels in other languages for those of us ignorant of la tua bella lingua!?

Awesome 2 night stay!
Couldn’t recommend these apartments more!! The room was exactly as described and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful in every way! The apartments are easy to find and in the heart of Monopoli! You will have to park over near the beach overnight! Great stay and if we ever come back we will definitely be staying here again!!!

Fabulous place.
Fabulous welcome and stay. The staff were extremely helpful and considerate. The location and room was amazing. Loved every minute. When we checked in the manager spent time with us to explain how we could best use our time to see the area, and then arranged trips for us. The breakfast was delicious. I couldn't speak more highly. We recently stayed at Santa Maria 24 and it was a wonderful experience. The moment we arrived we had a speedy check in and welcomed with two Aperol Spritz. The owner Sandrine was so warm and helpful and all the staff was kind and so accommodating, Valeria. The rooms were chic, spacious and nicely decorated. Would highly recommend this hidden jewel.

My wife and I spent a week at this wonderful hotel and it was fantastic. Every staff member from the maids to the manager are always extremely polite and ready to assist guests with anything. Valeria is the manager and she went out of her way to make sure we had an unforgettable vacation with loads of great suggestions. Highly recommend this place.

Historical Building with Luxurious Rooms!
We had an absolutely delightful stay at Santa Maria! This was our second time in Monopoli and Santa Maria's location could not be more perfect. Located in the historical center of the small city, just steps from the castle and the waterfront, Santa Maria occupies a corner lot that allows for some rooms to view a small, beautiful square and others to have an incredible water view. Newly reconstructed, each room is fully equipped with a kitchenette which allows for eating in the room (although you rarely want to since you're within steps of numerous incredible restaurants). The bathrooms are luxurious with large rain-head showers and linens. The bedding extremely plush. We would definitely stay here again. Things to consider: Being in the historical center on pedestrian streets, it's hard to get here by car. We were picked up at the airport by their driver and when arriving at the closed off streets, two delightful staff members met the car and escorted us by foot to Santa Maria. The other thing is there is no lift in the building and you must walk upstairs to the rooms. Don't let those small things stop you--Santa Maria is worth the effort!

Un dia en Monopoli!
El lugar es hermoso! Ubicado en el centro historico de Monopoli. El departamento para 4 personas con vista al mar excelente, pero hay que tener en cuenta, que yo no lo sabia, que no tiene ascensor, y el departamento quedaba en el tercer piso! Con valijas es complicado. El estacionamiento esta a pocos minutos y el auto del hotel te paso a buscar una vez informas tu arribo. Tiene restaurant para cenar y el desayuno es muy completo!

Excelente el hotel y la ubicación. El único problema es que estaban haciendo trabájanos y ellos comenzaron a las 7:15 AM y de ahí no pudimos dormir…

Super séjour, personnel très accueillant et gentil, l'endroit est magnifique, appartement très propre, décoration rafinée et avec goût. Petit déjeuner copieux et bien garni de produits frais et locaux. Emplacement idéal. Nous reviendrons.
