It was a Saturday night and there were people on the streets burning out tires and screaming until about 1 in the morning. The hotel has no control of course over this

The service we received at the front desk was wonderful! All of the staff were great! The room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would come back again. The food and service in the restaurant for evening di ing was excellent. The breakfast was great for service but the eggs were bland and the bacon and sausage were very greasy and did not taste good. The biscuits were too salty and there was no jam for the toast. The coffee was not very hot. But we did get fresh coffee and jam when we asked for it.

Went to share a romantic night with girlfriend away from kids and was woken up multiple times from kids running in halls,kids yelling in halls at 4 am,staff was amazing and are willing to give refund but have to talk to Expedia

The hotel parking was full - even though we paid for it. Then we had to walk around hotel as it is under construction. Picked a hotel with pool/hot tub so we could swim. It was full of kids. Kids running halls all hours. Staff said to let them know if we hear it but no one wants to get up and call staff at every thirty min. We told the people running halls etc we were trying to sleep. It did not cease. Expedia / hotel had double dipped on my pre- authorization payment so my credit card didn’t work at the mall. The breakfast we went to one morning, the second morning we didn’t as we wanted to try something else and the hotel tried to charge us extra - said we had more people eating breakfast from our room but it was only two of us on trip!! Overall just bad. Would not go back and I’m an IHG rewards member.

Booked 2 queen beds but got 1 king. There were Ringette teams at the hotel and they were very very loud and chaotic. Drunk dude running around shirtless in the lobby. The tournament we were at was over capacity and very crowded. Would not recommend.

Stayed here for the evening after the hockey game which the rink is literally across the road. Less than 5 minutes after game was completed we were back in our room, no traffic/parking to deal with.

Expedite took my money and won’t refund it. I was able to book online with my debit card and Expedia took my money but because I dont have a credit card I couldn’t get my room. And now Expedia has 200 bucks and I can’t get it back!

I sincerely apologize for the experience that you had. Expedia reached out to us at the hotel, several hours ago, and confirmed with us that you would be reimbursed. It may take 3-5 business days, depending on your bank, for the funds to return to your account, however Expedia told us they released the funds on their end.

Everything was great minus the hot tub and steam room were out of order and it’s why we booked this hotel. Also very neat to have skate park next door at Avenir Center. Had a great view from our 7th floor room to see outdoor skating rink.

Room was great however, its not a very accessible hotel.the 1 wheelchair friendly entrace is on the far side of the building from the parking area. A lot of things were out of order during our stay as well, such as 2 of the 3 elevators, the hot tub and steam room

Unfortunately a hockey team thought that they could fit 14+ players in the elevator at once, that morning, and caused the belt to break. Hopefully you will give us a second chance in the future, so we can prove that what you experienced during your stay was not the norm.

I'd also like to reassure you that our pet fee is not 50.00, but 35.00 plus tax. What you might be seeing is the 50.00 damage deposit that would have been preauthorized on your credit card when you checked in. The 35.00 plus tax, will be taken from the 50.00 deposit, and the difference will be returned to your credit card within 3-5 business days from the day you checked out. I apologize that we didn't meet your expectations, and I hope that you give us a second chance in the future.
