It will sleep 6 guest comfortably. It is located in a quite neighborhood in the Santee circle community. The living room is cozy as can be with a large sectional. There is also a 55" smart TV where you can stream all your favorite shows. Both bedrooms are upstairs which have their own 32" smart TV's. The home is equipped with a washer/dryer, all appliances and all the kitchen and bath essentials you would need to start your stay with us as well as all bed linens. You may encounter pest such as palmetto bugs, mosquitoes or nats as well as sulfa smelling water during your stay. These are common to this area and is not an indication of uncleanliness. This home is treated routinely for pest. The homes water source is a well that has a filtration system. We do have a camera system outside of the property but no cameras inside of the home. No guest are allowed on balcony outside the second floor bedroom. Smoke detectors and fire extinguisher on property. We do not allow events, parties, or large gatherings at the home.
