The Non smoking apartment is quiet on the garden side of the house and the south-east orientation, the sun shines on the terrace until early afternoon. A parking space is right in front of the house. A garaging for bicycles is also in front of the house. Washer and dryer are located in the center house and can be used there for a fee. Apartment 7: The apartment No. 7 is about 66 m² in size, located on the ground floor and has a conservatory.
