Helpful stuff, excellent location, Beautiful rooms. Clean and tidy. Didn’t have the makeup mirror in the bathroom which made it a bit uncomfortable for me.

Pretty Monaco.
It was very comfortable stay. Service was great. One thing was disappointing the room view. The view was not really on the court yard which I wasn’t very happy about. Apart from this all was excellent.

I normally don’t do reciew. obviously this hotel one of the best around the world however it was very unfortunate my room had so many technical issues . Had to spend hours dealing w technicians fixing TV & 2am the power outlets was out another round of technician. After sharing the issue w management they offered discount which was even more insulting! Just wanted to reflect so they underestand this caliber guest doesn’t care about discount but the experience. They should have offered similar experience for another stay & addressed the issues to avoid another guest going through the same horrible experience dealing w technicians 2-3 AM!!!

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, a unique, world class experience. Pretty much everything is to a very high standard. It’s easier to pick at the few faults. The bathroom was a bit small, UK TV channels are barely catered for and old films cost €14 - they really should be included. I’m sure it was an exception but our room occasionally smelt oddly fishy. If you like hotels, put it on your bucket list.

It is an amazing hotel and we were treated very well. We had tried to get a reservation at their three star restaurant and had no luck. We asked when we checked in they got us in! Even though my husband did not have a jacket they provided one for him. Their turn down service included cleaning the room and turning the lights down, which happened while we were at dinner. The staff at the restaurant were excellent. The service was exceptional. The food amazing. I thought I had eaten good butter before but the butter was the best I've ever had.
