Absolutely Magical!
We really loved our stay in Sospel. The chalet is even more beautiful than in the photos and Christine was such a kind and helpful host, her recommendations about the area were wonderful and we would have missed out otherwise. The view is incredible and we loved eating breakfast outside watching the sunrise. The spa is so worth the additional fee with an amazing view of the stars. The road to access the property is unsealed and a single lane in part which took a bit of getting used to but wasn't a big problem and Christine gave excellent directions. Don't panic about the composting toilet- it takes a little getting used to but wasn't a problem and no smells. Sospel is a lovely little village and close to plenty of great places for day trips. We couldn't recommend the chalet and Christine more highly!

A beautiful location with access to a wide variety of activities.
The chalet was fantastic! A great location for peace and surrounded by nature. The chalet was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is super comfortable. The deck looks out over the most awesome view of the mountains across to Italy. Christine was a wonderful host and gave us some great tips of places to visit. Her two dogs also kept us company! Sospel is a 40 minute walk away and has good restaurants, a supermarket, bank and pharmacy. Having a car meant we were able to travel around the area which was fabulous and gave us more options, although trains and buses run from Sospel to neighbouring towns. We were able to wild swim just a 30 minute walk away in the most beautiful pools. Hiking trails run from the chalet and there is paragliding from the top of the chalet's mountain. The wildlife around the chalet was fantastic with pygmy owls, bats, butterflies, lizards and even two donkeys! We hope to visit again. Suzy and Jens

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Christine sehr genossen. Das Chalet liegt idyllisch in der Natur mit fantastischem Ausblick. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem Komfort. Auf der Terrasse kann man sehr schön sitzen und den Ausblick genießen. Christine ist eine sehr nette und bemühte Gastgeberin. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit Kaffee, Brot und Butter überrascht, außerdem hat Christine uns mit leckeren Spezialitäten der Region und mit selbstgemachter Marmelade verwöhnt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in Sospel Urlaub machen.

Chalet très agréable et magnifiquement situé
Situé sur les hauteurs à 10 minutes de Sospel, le chalet est très confortable et très agréable. Idéalement situé pour découvrir les vallées de la Roya et de la Vésubie. Endroit parfait pour profiter du calme de la montagne. Très belle vue de la terrasse. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire. A louer sans hésiter.

Idyllisches Chalet in beeindruckender Lage
Wer einfach mal so richtig ausspannen und es ruhig haben möchte, hat hier genau das Richtige. Spa Angebote wie das Jakuzzi und die Sauna runden einen erholsamen Aufenthalt ab.

Prendre des vacances est très important. Il faut que le cadre est bien équipé que tous fonctionnent et les conditions sont agréables. Cette fois rien était comme prévu. Nous sommes arrivés : pas d’eau pendant 24heure. Apparemment une problème avec la ville! La toilette: un odeur insupportable !!! Car un WC sec!! Intenable ! 2 jours nous voulons faire un BBQ! Apparemment il y’avait une vis cassée !! Deuxième jour dans l »après-midi le plombier qui commence avec son marteau piqueur pendant deux heures !!! Fazit : trois perdus !

Petit nid douillet
