Valérie ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Kontakt war sehr unkompliziert und nett. "We booked for a week but left after 3 days. We are tough but not that tough. A neighbour was burning leaves 24/7. We couldn't go outside or open a window. It hurt our eyes and throats. Regine said she called but nothing changed. We gave her an opportunity to make good when we told her we had to leave and find a hotel but nothing was offered. Otherwise, the kitchen was well supplied, there were 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels, thin pillows and a no-frills bed. This is my first negative review...

The general manager avoided me until I emailed him direct and demanded he call me. He then claimed our claims were not true and told us because we had checked in were weren’t entitled to any refunds for the two nights we didn’t stay.
