El apartamento posee una habitación con cama doble de 140x190 cms, ideal para parejas.  
 Adicionalmente en la sala de estar tiene dos camas de sencillas que caben dos personas mas  
El lugar es tranquilo y silencioso, ubicado en el sector Historico.   
Actualmente la calle esta en proceso de restauración por parte de la Alcaldía Municipal, trabajos proyectados a finalizar el Febrero.
