"Who stays at Avola? We will fun now on as we serve from BC to AB. The place seems to be renovated. Very reasonably priced just off the main highway. Great place to lay your head for a night. Not much in the area. A service station across the road with a convenience store. Get an evening meal in the pub a couple blocks away in the village of Avola. "
"Nice big bright place with a large deck overlooking the lake. It was a 6 minute walk to the dock and the private buoy was a bonus. Communication with Zoie was easy and she was responsive with any questions and needs that we had. The beds were super comfy and we all slept well! The place was well stocked with ample towels including beach towels. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed and we enjoyed using it. Unfortunately the hot tub and washer/dryer were not available for our use. There was an odor from the air purifier but the owner said she would address this We saw some exceptionally large buck/deer with antlers on our property which was fun to see. The lake is excellent for swimming and boating. All in all a great 7 days and we will definitely be back!"

"We had a lovely stay! The location was wonderful—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy and enjoyable with a toddler. The RV park was very family-friendly, with a great playground on-site. We especially enjoyed the cozy propane fire pit area, which was beautifully sheltered by trees. Our host, Kris, was great—very responsive and helpful over text whenever we had questions. We’d definitely come back!"

"This was the most perfect cabin for what we were looking for . It is very clean , well stocked , decorated so beautifully and it’s very homey . It feels very private , has a big beautiful deck to hang out on that is looking out towards the lake as well as another small private deck upstairs off the main bedroom. It was very comfortable . There is nice sitting area with a fireplace onlooking thé lake and the hot tub is very nice and comfortable to sit in and has very clean crystal clear water . What an amazing little escape . "
