Tres calme, agreable et sans vis à vis. La personne qui entretient le gite n'était malheureusement pas disponible donc pas d'entretien de piscine pendant plus d'une semaine, je l'ai gérée personnellement et PAS DE WI-FI. Abend haben wir überlegt wieder abzureisen, da sich die Türe zum Appartement weder von Innen noch von Außen abschließen ließ. Auf unsere Rückmeldung hin hieß es, dass wir etwas Übung bräuchten, um die Türe zu schließen. Diese haben wir auch im Verlauf der Woche nicht erlangt und die Tür blieb offen... Um den Pool haben wir uns gekümmert, da nach einem generalisierten Stromausfall die Automatik ausgefallen war. Auch unser Hinweis, dass scheinbar Chlor benötigt werde, da der Pool sich veränderte, wurde nicht ernst genommen und wir mussten diskutieren, ehe der Aufbewahrungsort der Chlortabletten "verraten" wurde. Im Badezimmer findet sich sehr viel Schimmel... Zu guter Letzt gab es dann auch noch Bettwanzen. ##### Anne K. Diese ist wirklich toll. Darüber hinaus ist der Pool und die Terrasse sehr schön und ausreichend groß. Die Wohnung selbst ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir dachten wir hätten ein Ferienhaus gemietet. Dem war aber nicht so, es handelte sich um die Einliegerwohnung des Haupthauses. Kein Fenster im Bad und in der Toilette. Wasser und Heizung der Hauptmieter waren Nachts immer zu hören. Die vorgefundene Sauberkeit entsprach nicht unseren Erfahrung der letzten Urlaube, die wir auch über FeWo gebucht hatten. Kurze Beispiele: Schimmel in der Dusche, alle Schränke und Kommoden waren mit Gewürznelken ausgelegt somit nicht nutzbar. Sämtliches Mobiliar war nicht in einwandfreiem Zustand. Fehlendes Geschirr (4 Tassen davon 3 kaputt), keine Frühsticksteller usw. Nach 2 Tagen putzen und dem nötigsten Einkauf von Utensilien konnte dann unser Urlaub beginnen. Positives: gute Lage (für verschieden Ausflugsmöglichkeiten) , nettes Dorf mit super Pizzeria , schöner kleine Pool mit toller Aussicht (ab 15:00 Uhr nur noch Schatten. Dafür zum Frühstück pralle Sonne ohne Beschattungsmöglichkeit). Unterm Strich Preis Leistung NICHT gerechtfertigt. ##### Marc-Andy L. Wir genossen die Aussicht von früh bis spät. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet mit einer schönen Küche. Nach schönen Spaziergängen relaxten wir im Pool, am Strand ist man in einer halben Stunde, schöne Badegumpen des Asco sind mit dem Auto noch näher. Das Restaurant in Moltifao ist auch sehr gut. Moltifao ist ein kleines Örtchen am Berg. Tolle Aussicht, sehr ruhig, frei laufende Kühe :) Zahllose Wandermöglichkeiten in einem Radius von max. 60 Minuten Fahrzeit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Ponte Leccia (Super U, Bäcker etc.), 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Restaurant am Ort (außerhalb der Saison die Öffnungszeiten erfragen, denn auf der Website stehen keine aktuellen Infos). Wir wohnten in der unteren Ferienwohnung im Haus (mit Swimming-Pool), die sehr schön renoviert ist. Das Bad ist recht groß und mit Dusche und Doppelwaschtisch ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich und es funktioniert alles! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass auch, wer gerne kocht, alles vorfindet, was man braucht (Verbrauchsmaterial beim ersten EK selbst besorgen, z.B. Wäscheleine und -klammern, denn es gibt zwar eine super Waschmaschine aber keinen Trockner). Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. L’appartement a été confortablement rénové: les 2 chambres doubles sont spacieuses, literie très confortable, grande sdb avec 2 éviers et une douche, cuisine bien équipée à tous points de vue. Le grand plus de cette location est la magnifique vue sur le village et les montagnes. On ne se lasse pas de voir le lever et le coucher du soleil tranquillement assis à l’une des 2 terrasses, un vrai bonheur et de se rafraîchir dans la piscine. Le supermarché et la boulangerie ne sont qu’à 15 min en voiture. Le village est très calme, les habitants charmants et on peut aller dîner à pied à l’unique bar/restaurant qui propose une nourriture fraîche et de qualité. Il est facile de rayonner à partir du village bers les plages proches de L’Ostricani ou Lozari mais il y en a beaucoup d’autres à voir. Parking aisé en bas de la propriété. ##### Dominique D. Stayed 14 nights in Jul 2022 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Saskia H. 26 Jul 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Ein sehr feiner Ort als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge Das Haus liegt angenehm nahe am Ortskern von Moltifao und besticht durch sein herrliches Swimmingpool mit wunderschöner Aussicht. - Wunderbar erfrischend an heißen Sommertagen! Es ist angenehm ruhig. Und wer Gesellschaft sucht, geht einfach ein paar Schritte die Straße hinunter und kann in einem wirklich netten und ambitioniert geführten Restaurant ein Gläschen trinken, oder auch frisch und gut essen. Dort mischen sich Einheimische und Gäste, es wird geplaudert und gescherzt. Hin und wieder auch aus dem Auto ;-). Einkaufen kann man im 10-15 min entfernten Ponte Leccia, das auch sonst Drehscheibe für Entdeckungen in die Berge oder ans Meer ist. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!! ##### Saskia H. Stayed 7 nights in Jul 2022 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Roland B. 6 Jul 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Traumhafte Bergwohnung mit grandiosem Blick und Pool Wer Ruhe, Erholung und viel Landschaft mag, ist hier genau richtig. Moltifao ist ein sehr ursprüngliches, etwas abgeschieden gelegenes Bergdorf. Ziegen und Kühe laufen hier frei herum. Nur sehr wenig Touristen. In dem (einzigen) sehr netten Restaurant/Bar mit Post nebenan sitzen tagsüber und abends die Einheimischen. Pizza und Essen sehr gut, freundliche junge Besitzer. Die saubere Wohnung mit moderner Küche ist gemütlich eingerichtet, im Sommer sehr gut klimatisiert, für kältere Zeiten steht ein Holzofen bereit. Mit Nespresso-Maschine sowie Spül- und Waschmaschine, internetfähigem Fernseher und gutem WLAN ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch ein Kugelgrill steht bereit. Absolutes Highlight ist aber die Terrasse mit phänomenalem Blick in die Hügel- und Berglandschaft sowie einem kleinen, aber feinen Pool. Ab dem späten Vormittag ist die mit gemütlichen Stühlen und gepolsterten Liegen ausgestattete Terrasse ausreichend beschattet, sodass man es auch bei 37° aushält. Moltifao ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Gumpen-Baden im Asco-Tal, man kann direkt von der Wohnung zu einem verfallenen Kloster spazieren, von dort gibt es einen versteckten, aber gut markierten aussichtsreichen Höhenweg zurück nach Moltifao. Der nächste und sehr gute Supermarkt in Ponte Leccia ist mit dem Auto in einer knappen Viertelstunde zu erreichen. Dort befindet sich auch eine Boulangerie. Der nächste Strand in Ostriconi (vom Parkplatz zusätzlich 8 Minuten Fußweg) ist 30 Autominuten entfernt. Zusammenfassend haben wir (Familie mit Teenagern, 16 und 18) uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren. ##### Roland B. Stayed 7 nights in Jun 2022 ---
