Location was excellent for touring Liverpool. Everything we wanted to see was close by and walkable. Breakfast at the hotel was top notch. Walked to the Cavern, waterfront, British Music Museum, and points downtown. Rooms are tiny but seems to be the case everywhere in UK. All in all a great stay.

The full English Breakfast was tasteless overcooked and stone cold. The continental breakfast was adequate and tasted fine. The room was fine but very basic for a deluxe room. The aircon didn’t work and the shower was absolutely roasting and it was impossible to reduce the temperature.(Thermostat issue) (Room 417) Safety Concern. We will definitely return for another amazing trip soon.

Front desk staff were efficient and helpful. Room very small for two people there wasn’t any room to place luggage had to step over them to use bathroom. Breakfast okay not many choices on the continental selections, orange juice sour coffee not good. Not to our standards.

Would absolutely recommend this hotel, staff couldn't of been more helpful and polite. Spotlessly clean with good sized rooms. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. Will definitely be staying again

hotel and staff so good
nice modern comfortable hotel with good size rooms ,fridge,safe,iron etc even sky sports on the tv ! staff were really pleasant,car park 2 mins walk with a discounted price. breakfast was good but could do with being hotter although porridge was spot on. marco pierre white restaurant was a disaster for us im afraid,we sent two meals back undercooked,i gather their normal chefs had quit a couple of weeks before....wish we had known

Great stay
Lovely hotel in an ideal location. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice. Room was very clean although the only reason that i didnt give it 5 stars was that it was very cold in there both on a morning and evening despite trying to change the thermostat. Otherwise a brilliant stay.
