"El personal fue genial, siempre muy atento y servicial. El hotel estaba impecablemente limpio y tiene una ubicación excelente, muy bien conectado en metro y a poca distancia de Las Ramblas y el puerto. Sin duda, lo recomendaría al 100%. Además, coincidió con el cumpleaños de mi pareja y el hotel tuvo un detalle súper bonito: nos dejaron en la habitación una magdalena de chocolate acompañada de dos más pequeñas, con la palabra “Felicidades” dibujada con azúcar glas. Fue un gesto muy bonito que hizo nuestra estancia aún más especial."

"I had an exceptional stay in Barcelona and truly enjoyed every part of the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel was elegant, beautifully maintained, and had a wonderful atmosphere that made my stay both comfortable and memorable. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. What stood out the most was the staff—they were genuinely friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made a real difference. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore Barcelona while still having a relaxing place to return to at the end of the day. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and one of the highlights of my trip to Barcelona. Excellent hospitality, comfort, service, and location. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona."

"Excellent location. Lovely rooms. Rooftop pool is more for a dipping pool, quite small and it tends to be filled with 20 somethings not really suitable for families. Location is very central but parts of it are quite dodgy with homeless people around. The area is predominantly a muslin area. Near to metro and bus and only about half an hour by taxi from airport."

"INNSiDE is a good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep. It was clean and simple. Bfast was impressive vast with lots of choices. Gym was small but adequate. Location great as it was close to the boardwalk."
