Located on the ground floor of a small, single-storey building, it includes:  
\- a room with 2 bunk beds;  
\- a second bedroom with a double bed and storage;  
\- a shower room with sink and a separate toilet with sink;  
\- an open and fully equipped kitchen;  
\- a lounge area to relax after a day of walking;  
\- a nice American dining area/bar, in extension of the kitchen with high stools;  
\- and a covered and furnished terrace, without vis-à-vis, overlooking the green areas of the estate  
  
Pets are not allowed.  
  
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, Hair dryer, TV, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron, Ceramic hob, Towel rack, Refrigerator and compartment, Freezer, Kettle, Toaster and Electric Plancha for outdoor use.   
Reception kits are provided to ensure you have the essentials of crockery and bathroom for your facility. A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.  
  
Take advantage of the residence's two shared SWIMMING POOLs, which will be very appreciated on fine days, to relax and sunbathe in the sun! Bodysurfers for children will also be available on the terrace to have fun on the nearby beaches and why not generate a desire to surf!  
  
The accommodation is located in a quiet area, it is a Pierre et Vacances residence; know that the entertainment and some activities are paid by the reception that will give you the programme of these.   
This accommodation is close to the ocean and in the heart of the International Golf of Moliets. The "Chênes Lièges" beach, the quietest of Moliets, is just 15 minutes walk...   
The car is not necessary to enjoy a beautiful beach!  
Bars, restaurants and shops are nearby. Similarly, the CITY CENTRE is a 10-minute bike ride away. For your daily shopping, you will find a supermarket "SPAR" 5 minutes by car in the central beach area and also a large U express in the center of Moliets. View of the golf course, 10 minutes walk through the forest to access the beach  
  
The location of the apartment also allows you to discover and visit: the second beach of Moliets, the "central", more lively with its area of bars and restaurants, 10 minutes by bike and the pond of Moliets and the Adrenaline Park 2 minutes by car or just 10 minutes by bike! The TOURIST OFFICE, 10 minutes by bike, opens its doors for all tourist information, the famous mouth of the Huchet current 5 minutes by car, the Prade pond 4 minutes by car, the Léon pond 13 minutes, the Huchet current 8 minutes...  
Young and old, anglers, golfers, surfers, swimmers, hikers and cycling enthusiasts will be delighted!  
A bike rental service, mountain bikes, VTC, is a 15-minute walk for a bike tour.  
  
The area is very popular with locals and tourists. Do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!

The accommodation is located in the area of Pierre et Vacances, 10 minutes by bike from a very beautiful beach, that of the "oaks-cork", beach called "green", isolated, and the bike path to get there along the courses of the International Golf of Moliets which itself is next to the area: everything is doable without a car, quietly and serenely. A second beach, just 10 minutes by bike, is the "central" beach of Moliets, more lively, in an area of bars and restaurants: so you have the choice according to your mood of the day! The famous Vélodysée, the great bike path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes not far from here, 5 minutes away and allows you to make beautiful walks through the pine forests, without difficulty. A second beach, the "central" beach of Moliets, more lively, in the area of restaurants and bars of Moliets plage, is also just 10 minutes away by bike: so you have the choice according to your mood of the day!  
At the mouth of the Courant de Huchet, nestled between Vieille-Saint-Girons and Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains, the village of Moliets-et-Maâ perfectly embodies the oceanic charm of the Landes Coast. Nestled behind dunes and maritime pine forests, this seaside resort offers a wild coastline, long beaches of golden sand, waves to delight surfers and landscapes of the Land of undeniable beauty. In this postcard setting, the variety of activities to practice makes it a very pleasant destination in any season. A much appreciated break at the edge of the ocean...
