"On the first night I found toenail clippings on my covers. My door was left unlocked by the cleaning staff twice. Afterwards I could not trust that my luggage was secure in the room. My dad’s room had damaged on the frame where the door had been kicked in previously.The shower was covered in mold around the sealant. There is also a strange smell in the hallway the whole time I was there. The doors are all very loose in their frames. Everytime someone opens or closes a door, all of the doors bang on their hinges. The staff was very condescending when I checked in as if I was wasting her time. On the last night, there was an individual in the hallway at 11pm yelling on his phone and banging his door. The staff person on duty addressed the person but the individual continued to yell and slam his door claiming “I just worked 15 hours, I don’t want to be quiet.” 30 minutes later he was in the hallways again being disruptive, slamming doors and yelling. This happened again at 1am. Nothing was done. There was no answers at the front desk phone during the second or third incident. Parking was “assigned” my first day but there were people who live at this location using it instead. I would not recommend this hotel at all and regret spending the money for two rooms for the weekend. Was not worth the price. "

"The best budget freindly Hotel I have ever stayed in Great new renovations Bathroom was very clean and spacious Breakfast was fresh and well laid out. Pool and Hot tub very clean pool was warm "

"Location was great! Walking distance to great coffee (The Hub) restaurants and cool streets. The size of the room was great, and I got a reasonable rate especially for Junos weekend. The electronic keypad was a nice feature, but feels a little unsecure as the buttons showed the most commonly typed number. The mattress was a littke old but more distressing was the age of the sheets, they hit that need to replace stage. It is an older building but the room had nice new floors and a semi recent paint job. Considering what I paid I'm not pissed off, but they really should invest in new sheets."

"Breakfast should be included. Amenities (shampoo, conditioner and soap are too low grade) safe to stay. Staff was the bomb dot com. "
