We were half board but the food selection for uk was very poor and not what we expected from this standard of hotel. When checking out we were being asked to pay again for meals already included in our main booking. Overall disappointed in some items within hotel. Beautiful hotel and high standard but some things let it down

Mogan is a small fairly quiet village. Harbour is pleasant with reasonable selection of restaurants. Hotel is good, large pools, staff friendly & service generally good. Would happily go back if main aim was quiet relaxing pool based break.

A really attractive and modern hotel - perhaps a bit too modern, as even the instructions for using the room safe had to be accessed via the TV and a QR code. Our room cleaning wasn't perfect and it took a couple of days to get shower gel replenished. We went half board and were disappointed and surprised that absolutely no drinks were included at dinner - we paid 8 euros for a bottle of fizzy water and two tiny bottles of Coca Cola (200ml). Meanwhile at breakfast, tea/coffee, fruit juices and even prosecco were part of the buffet. Having said that, both breakfast and dinner were superb, with a huge choice of food. The evening buffet had a theme that changed nightly. The hotel complex is huge, certainly the biggest I've stayed in anyway. Some great facilities (gym is the best I've seen at a hotel and even has a Smith machine) although unfortunately the spa was out of action. Puerto de Mogán is only a pleasant stroll away and is a tranquil alternative to the busier resort towns like Playa del Ingles and Puerto Rico.

Nice family vacation
Hotel is modern and clean, the buffet is pretty standard could be better( but that could just be me being fussy lol), the kids really enjoyed the pool and activities. It’s definitely a family hotel and not a couples vacation. Hotel had on site parking free and also gave us late check free which was really nice. 15 minute walk to the small town where the are a lot of good restaurant choices.

Great hotel in great location
A stylish, modern, low rise hotel on the edge of Puerto de Mogan – probably the nicest place on Gran Canaria. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are large, well equipped and comfortable. Each room has a large balcony with two sun loungers and a table with two chairs. There are two large pools. The lower level one is family friendly and the upper level one is quiet. A small bar at the upper pool serves drinks and snacks (Pool Lounge) and there is a bar with a restaurant near the lower pool (Il Taglio). The large restaurant (The Larder) – partly outside, partly inside, serves a very comprehensive breakfast buffet. Everything from sparkling wine, juices, cereals, breads, cold plates, cooked breakfasts, made to order omelettes and hot drinks. The service is excellent even at busy times. Food and drinks were regularly replenished. Overall a relaxing place for breakfast. The Larder also offers a buffet dinner and there is a waiter service restaurant (Filini). The hotel also has a Spa, a gym and a Kid’s Club (including a small toddlers’ playground) and a range of sports facilities for those looking for an active holiday. One of the best features of the hotel is its location – a short 15 – 20 minute walk along a wide paved path to the centre of Puerto de Mogan - an attractive fishing port with charming backstreets, many restaurants, a lively beach and ferries along the coast.

Pleasant place to stay for a day or too.
A large modern hotel with all the facilities you might expect. I do prefer a smaller more traditional style. Very comfortable room. Dining is buffet only. A very good heated pool. Check in was good. Check out took some time. Poor selection of TV channels in the room.

Tried to reserve a quiet room in advance - in the tranquility zone. They couldn’t do. Allocation on arrival and yes ended up with a room above the kiddies pool and all that goes with it.

Really liked the place Breakfast was good Evening buffet though I thought was quite basis for a Radisson Hotel with not much variety A La Carte restaurant was good but menu should be changed every evening
