I could not find any faults in this hotel. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly want. The facilities in the hotel coped well with the amount of guests. You could easily find a sun bed and parasol between 8-10am. Location In puerto de Morgan was perfect, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would definitely go back again.

Staff polite efficient and exceedingly helpful. Exceptionally clean everywhere. Pools a perfect temperature with the choice of fun and games in one or quiet and relaxation in the other. Gym equipment good. Resstaurants highly efficient, fresh food with plenty of variety. Perfect. And to top it off on my son's 18th a bottle of champagne, and a birthday cake arrived!

This resort is in a great location and is relatively new so has modern facilities. The staff are fantastic but not very well organised. The service is not up the standards of a 5 star despite their best efforts. Beautiful resort though.

Everything was absolutely perfect , although the use of Spa facilities I.e. pool, jacussi etc had a charge which was disappointing, although honestly real didn’t miss using it. Outdoor pool facilities were great, a designated quiet pool which also was a plus.
