Die Wohnung hat eine angenehme Größe und war sehr sauber. Man hat eine gute Möglichkeit in Laufnähe lokale Produkte einzukaufen. Auch größere Geschäfte sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Trotz der ruhigen Lage hat die Wohnung eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung.
