Keep Searching...You can do better than this.
Worn out and old...no hair dryer...no refrigerator...just the basics from many years ago. Pillows were old and flattened...no support...non-smoking room but bed linens had burn holes. TV remote had some kind of black grease on it which ended up in my hands and difficult to remove...sticky mess. Nice people on staff though. You can definitely do better with search.

This was the worst experience ever. Didn’t have a choice sine all hotels are booked due to spring break. It smelled like smoke, everything was nasty. Carpet was so old it had holes and chunks of I don’t know what on it dirt who knows. Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been washed in ages, it was black with grease and caulked up. I couldn’t sleep was just making sure my kids where ok . They didn’t even want to cover up and decided to sleep with clothing on. Money thrown down the drain . ):

Easy access to shopping and eating locations.
This is the most horrible hotel to stay in. The room has a terrible odor, the covers an bedding has holes in them. I hadto go to the nearest store to buy towel an blankets to lay on top of their bedding. Didnt dare shower the tub and floors had not been cleaned. Booked the room for 2 days only stayed one night and was told there would be No refund for not staying the second night. Please inspect before you pay hopfully this will make them do a better job.

Waste of money
OMG. This hotel needs a lot of remodeling! The outside was already not very inviting. Bathroom door was not painted, there the knob should be was just a hole, knob was hanging on a string. Five tiles was just sitting on top of bathtub and a lot of tiles was missing at the wall.Bed sheets was grey instead white and with stains, that did not wash out no more. Furniture had cigarette burn holes and it smelled like smoke, even we had a non-smoking room! We did not want to sleep in this bed and stay in this room. My husband could not fast enough get out. We went to another hotel next door and took the reservation as a loss.

THE WORST
WE ARRIVED AND HAD NO ROOM. AFTER A HEATED DISCUSSION THE LADY FOUND US A ROOM UNDER RENOVATION. THERE WAS NO SHOWER, A TRICKLE OF WATER FROM THE SINK, NO PHONE, AND NO CHAIRS. THE WALLS HAD HOLES INSTEAD OF PICTURES, AND WE WERE CHARGED THE ROOM RATE. WE CANCELLED THE REST OF THE WEEK.

they are remodeling, hopefully it will be better. room smelled of urine. a/c had black mold all over. it was rough on me as i am very allergic. but, it was a cheap bed

Worst I have ever encountered. I was exhausted and it was very late when I arrived. I am naturely extremely tolerant...otherwise, I would have left. No window covering...none. I used the bed cover to create a drape. Toilet leaking, periodically refilling tank; I shut off the valve, turned back on for use only. Debris in room. AC unit lacked covers...inner parts fully exposed, power cable stretched across the floor. Smoke detector in an adjoining room chirping; needs new battery. Much mote wrong, too numerous to list. I have photos. I needed a roof and shower/toilet...got that. Nobody else would have stayed here, but I needed rest from a long bike ride and traveling alone.

The bathroom was awful the room was awful remote didn't work some one stole my car tag sticker off my car the vending machine and ice machine didn't work the front desk evening lady was awesome very sweet she was having a bundle of joy n attitude was still great

This place gives me hope for mankind.
This hotel stay was epic awesomeness. I'm a minimalist traveler who only needs the basics; four walls, an air conditioner, a bed, and a shower. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The front desk attendant already had my key and paperwork all set up before I got there, so check-in was a breeze. The air conditioner was already on so I didn't walk into a hot room, and that's a detail that I wish more hotels would pick up on. I usually have to check-in, turn the A/C on, then go get something to eat while the room cools to below Saharan temperatures. The pool is the best one I've been to so far. This isn't some pansy pool that only goes to 4 or 5 feet at the "deep" end. This one goes to 8 ft. AWESOME! Quiet location on a service road by the interstate, but away from the connecting road and all that noise. Wonderful stay and if I'm coming though Mobile again I'm definitely staying here.

Overall it sucked. The room was neat but the microwave was old and dirty, the fridge was rusted, the paint was pealing off the wall, the tub was very nasty, there were roaches present at night. The only two good things about my stay was that it had Wi-Fi and the woman at the front desk was awesome, great personality, down to earth and made me feel welcomed.

We just needed a place to lay our heads for the night before hitting the road the next day. The hotel is run down but they're working on it. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and stocked with essentials. No complaints!

ONE WORD. HORRIBLE, DON'T DO IT.
Horrible room, non smoking had smoking smell. Broken furniture. Spring sticking out of bed. I refused to check in. They did not have any other rooms. I was saved by not staying with my family there.

This place was HORRIBLE! It looked like a cracked den, my husband and I wouldn't even stay there when we saw it and called to get a refund because we were afraid to stay there. You really should take this s***hole off your site. The place is dirty and rundown.

First room we went to there was no telephone or clock, the next room we went to the air conditioner didn't work. I called to office and the maintenance man was supposed to come and check it out but never showed up also the TV remote didnt even work so they replaced it but the channel lineup didnt even have a guide to tell you what was what and im in southern Alabama not California so idk why the weather scan channel gave us the weatger report for souther cal it makes zero since i have stayed in $20 a night hotels that was betterthan this one will never stay here again

It was not fit to sleep in. Room number was 120 wish someone would call health inspector on these people. Room had strong odor that resembled cat urine. we bathed and then we left not returning to this room.

Didn't spend the night, the desk clerk was rude and accused us of hitting her care, after sending the security guard to check on her car, she didn't apologize . Please reimburse my account for any money that was paid.

When I arrived, the lobby smelled of smoke besides being "smoke free". When I got to my room, it was in shambles. The paint was blotchy and peeling, the carpet was bumpy, and the shower was peeling. I was afraid I was going to get tetanus. The bed was uncomfortable. To connect to the wireless, I had to re-go back to the lobby and get log in information. Then the internet would not stay connected for more than 2 minutes at a time, MAX. Horrid place to stay, I highly recommend you find another hotel, the extra dollars is worth it to avoid this place.

This is hotel is nothing like the pictures that you see on the site - Very deceiving. To start the staff are not pleasant at all. They are unprofessional and seem to care less about customer service. The room was atrocious. The carpet was stained, the walls had mold spots, the bathroom was also just as disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I didn't even stay the 1 night I reserved. I saw the room and checked out. Filthy, disgusting, torn up furniture, and the room smelt horrid. There was a huge part of the carpet that didn't even have padding under it so you had to step down. Which I almost tripped on. There was mold around the door frame. It was very bad.

I never seen germs and bacterias with my naked eyes till that night I spent in that "motel room ", room smells like under ground jail cell, carpet is dirty as hell to the point the last thing you wanna do is step on it with your barefeet, bed blanket has stains on'em, bathroom needs a haircut, and when we got in the floor was wet and nasty, the bathroom door was broken like some boxer punch it really hard, they never bother to fix it. Nightmare!

A reputation joke for Hotels.com to use this motel
Used call center for a 2:30 am arrival and trusted it would be a decent place. Horrendous. Should have known as the lobby was plexiglassed and transaction was through a slip. Room was filthy, damaged and tub was full of roaches. Killed them and tried to wash down the tub but it didn't drain. Meth-heads argued all night about their drugs outside my room but after driving from Raleigh all day, just too tired to move, what a mistake on my part. Hotels.com should be ashamed of all the 1s others have rated!
