They accepted my reservation and when I got to the hotel there were no rooms available, but I was still charged.

This hotel should be removed from the site. It was completely terrible. There were drug deals in the parking lot and the smell of rotten urine made my wife throw up. This is some kind of halfway house not somewhere you want to spend the night. The absolute worst I have seen in my life. The man behind the counter wanted me to look at the room before he would complete the transaction thank goodness. I thought this was very odd at first but now I understand why he did that.

The reception personal was nice and friendly. Security was good. At first glance the room looked good, but seen roach in the room and tv didn't work right. There is a refrigerator but no coffee pot. Floor was sticky and seemed to be wet. Bathroom had no door on it. Bed was sagging in the middle. AC did work fine though. Price for room is low. Won't be going back though, will look for another place next time. I'm going to rate it a 2 star only because the personal and security was great.

I did not like the complimentary roaches. They were generously portioned out. Apparently the hotel had a surplus of them because when I mentioned it to the front desk clerk told me matter of fac”All the rooms got roaches.” So as to make sure to know I had not specifically been singled out for this amenity.

When I arrived at the hotel, the young said we have no reservation for you. Well how’s that possible Because I’m sitting here holding the reservation in my hand. She then repeated that they didn’t have any reservation. Now if hotels.com can send me this to review your hotel are you still gonna say I never had a reservation?! She then said I can give you a room but it has no tv. It’ll be $50 plus tax. I just kindly walked away. So I didn’t have my room I reserved. My child and I ended sleeping at a rest stop at 4am.

The hotel was awful dirty, roach infested, and molded. The furniture is old, carpet dirty and needs to be condemned. Will never go back there again.

A dive for the underclass.
The Walls were filthy stains, pealing paint, the towels were filthy. Very disappointed. There was a fight out side police were involved Did not feel safe.

After reading your review we had maintenance check the room you stayed in regarding your complaints. To our surprise, and assuming your surprise as well, the refrigerator, AC, TV and microwave are all in working order. Ac is blowing cold air as it is a brand new unit, TV works, microwave heated the cup of water we placed in it to test it to almost boiling, and lights are all working. We do have bi-weekly room checks to make sure there are no maintenance issues that may not have been noticed and unfortunately, you were checked in during this time. We knocked prior to entering and I announced who I was and my reason for being there prior to entering the room after you opened the door. I would also like to remind you that you signed a registration card stating management could enter your room for any reason, at any time. We strive for the mark of excellence and are disappointed you did not bring up any of the concerns stated to our attention during your stay as we could have corrected any and all issues prior to your departure. The picture is very misleading. It makes it look like a comfortable stay when it indeed was not. The shower was disgusting. The towels were stained. Everything honestly looked raggedy. We paid for our stay, but we didn’t stay in there for no more than a couple of hours. We slept somewhere else.

This photo is nothing like the property. The property itself was so run down and filthy it should have been condemned by the board of health. I actually came home with an respitory infection and am convinced it is from this property. I am appalled that expedia would not vet all the properties represent. Money lost!
There were several people standing outside, drug use and possibly prostitution. I didn’t even stay the night. I drove and slept at a rest stop because that area was unsafe. I ended up losing the money that I spent for the room because the area and the hotel was very unsafe.

I did NOT STAY at this hotel. I checked in online and checked out out upon arriving. This prooerty shouldn't be allowed to remain open! It was the absolute worst hotel I've ever seen. The property was unkept, trash and overgrown landscaping was the 1st red flag. The staff was extremely rude and very unprofessional. They offered me a room with a broken window and the explanation was "its a double pane windowand we've taped it up for you."

Nothing I dislike the hotel because it was some many men out with there BBQ grill loud music the property is not look clean on the outside I did not stay there because I didn't feel like I would have been safe up there on the second floor around the corner so I will not be going back there to try to get a room they need the hotel to be cleaned up by professional

The property is nothing like on your service. Was in a rough place. Their Security people was involved with people as we pulled up right in the front door. Employee wanted us to look at room before taking. We did in as walking tovroom felt unsafe in this area. People where staring us down. Room smelt so bad. Electrical wires hanging out wall beside the bed. Shower tub was showing mold. I can not see where as a company. They would list their place to stay. And as a site for people to find a place to stay. You need to do more research on the places you advertise. I don't thing I be using this service again. There was no way I would stay at this place. Your life would have been in harm. Thatbis how bad it was!!!!!
