The place is very dirty. The beds linens are stained and comforters have burn holes in them. Staff is very unprofessional

The room was not swept,there were cigarett butts and ashes on floor.
Holes all over the comforter,stains on the pillows.

The whole place is dirty, towels were stained with brown spots all on them like they were just used by someone who just came from muding, carports were very stained, sheets and pillow cases were also stained and dirty, bad overall!!!

Awful, awful, awful. And completely unsafe! Al the outdoor exit doors were broken so the building was not secure. The exit door RIGHT OUTSIDE my door kept banging all night with people coming in and out. I finally got up at 3:30 and left since I wasn’t getting any sleep anyway. Also, there were a few dead bugs on the floor. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the sheets!

It was supposed to be smoke free there was cigarette burns in the bed then the bathroom smelled like pee and half a roll of toilet paper then no smoke detector and not light in the hall then drug dealing going on in the back more

There was no toilet paper. I called the front desk and the phone did not work. The shower liner had mold on it. It was absolutely disgusting.

Horrible place! The office smelled horribly plus mixed in with the marijuana did not help’ the shower curtains had mold! Did not even shower! Had 1 towel it was two of us. Rebuild this place please

First day i stayed at this location i took a shower and slipped and fell in the shower due to the fact the there's nothing to stand on. The tub is very slippery once wet. Istayed for 4 nights didnt get any towels brought to my room not once so I'm glad my wife packed some for the trip.

The only thing that I liked about the property is close to all the events that I was attending but the room itself was not clean water was coming up at the floor we step on the tiles and I had to let them know I wanted my room clean daily and when they did clean it they only replace the towels but did not wipe the countertops down or clean the tub they change the sheets swept the floor and it was molding the trim molding in the room was coming off down the hallway walk into the office it was a hole in the ceiling I just said I was not happy at all with that property this was not happy

The room smelled so bad... The cigarette smell was so bad, that we had to sleep with the window open all night.. Microwave didn't work, the bathroom door doesn't close or locked.. I traveled a lot and this is one of the worst hotel's I've stayed!!

The outside of building looked to be newly painted but the ant invasion was not addressed. The pavement in front was black with filth. The carpet in hall could have been steam cleaned. The side entrance door had a broken lock and was black with dirt. Somehow the room was updated and didn’t compare to the hall and exterior.

It was OK.
The front desk area was clean and reception was quick and the attendant, maybe manager, was courteous and helpful. The room was Spartan but very clean. What was disconcerting was the condition of uncleanliness of the parking area, although, I’m not sure that trash bins would have helped. Someone should have at least walked the lot to help a little.

I booked online for an accessible room, as my husband had ligament issues in his knee, and climbing stairs was difficult for him. Not only was there no accessible room, meaning we had to climb the stairs, there was no hot water in the hotel room at all. The knob in the bathroom was rigged to not even turn to the hot water side of the dial.

Hotel is not in a great area - major upkeep needs to happen here as well. Holes in ceiling/walls, constant noise (both inside and outside) Front desk service was great, very friendly and welcoming. Would not stay here again though - a few extra bucks could get you in a much nicer place right down the road.

The room was clean and remodeled. The rest of the motel was under construction. There were people yelling up and down the hallway all night long. Also people outside at the motel next door being loud throughout the night.

Hotel under renovation. Room itself was clean and comfortable. Lacked amenities like hair dyer and ashtray and hotel didn’t have available. Guests between this hotel and hotel next door (quality) seemed to have transients and or other activities occurring. location was convenient.
