Escape civilisation to this incredible and peaceful getaway! located right on the Murray river, reconnect with nature and disconnect with technology in your own private double story luxury townhouse, with your own private deck overlooking the Murray river just 15 minutes out of Moama, off Perricotta road, Murray Rivers Edge, is at Deep Creek Marina, surrounded by over 100 houseboats .
Situated right on the Murray you can just relax by the communal pool, play tennis at the tennis court or shoot hoops at the basketball area, bring your boat or jet ski because the boat ramp is only 300 metres away, and parking for your boat or JetSki, is right out the front, on the Murray, on out private pontoon , in front of the house, or walk or cycle on the many trail tracks in the area, perfect position is on the back deck to watch the Southern Eighty or Barry Beahag ski races, there are many wineries in the area and Rich River golf course is ten minutes drive, and offer a free courtesy bus for 12 or more people, Moama RSl will pick up guests in their courtesy bus, for free, if there are 6 or more adults.
Deep Creek marina hotel is two hundred metres away, Perricotta station is a ten minute drive, and perfectly located for wedding accommodation, the newly opened aqua park is a five minute walk, there is always something to do in Echuca/Moama, but when you"ve finished for the day it's always nice to return to the unit for a spa in our 6 seater spa, and relax watching the sun set in the country.
The unit offers 3 large queen bedrooms, the master with its own ensuite and spilt system air conditioner, with a beautiful view overlooking the Murray River, the other two queen bedrooms share a bathroom between them that also includes a bath, upstairs is the extra large bunk room with six single beds ( two sets of bunks and two trundle beds ), also offering a split system air conditioner,
the entertainment area up stairs has a media room with DVD player and dvd's supplied for your viewing also games like scabble and trivia pursuit etc, we offer free wifi for keeping up with your social media and emails.
The kitchen and butlers pantry are large enough to cope with
a large group or family as is the twelve seater dining table, large lounge suite with wall mounted 65 inch smart tv, central air conditioning, there is a bbq on the deck as well .

#### How’s the serenity ! Great stay
Group of 12 stayed and we all loved it. Plenty of room, modern fittings , clean , comfy beds and peaceful location with the best view overlooking the Murray . The outdoor deck area is awesome Fair way out of town but the location and peace and quiet it’s worth the drive. Highly recommend this this house for a great getaway Thanks Debbie

#### Great house - needs some maintenance
We enjoyed our stay over three nights, but were disappointed that the spa wasn't working (the main reason we booked the house), the dishwasher was broken, one of the gas burners on the stove, the upstairs shower we couldn't use and one of the split systems in the bedroom didn't work. Communication with host was excellent however and we were aware of some of these things before our stay. House is well set up for large groups or multiple families but just needed some maintenance issues sorted out before rented out again, we did receive a discount on our stay. Cleanliness of the property wasn't great on arrival (drink bottles under beds, rubbish under coffee table). Be aware that it's 20 minute drive into Echuca/Moama also. We had our own boat though so was handy with the marina.

#### Definitely not as described
Whilst the location of the property was beautiful with the relaxing Murray River at your doorstep the property was dirty and it took me a few hours to clean it before the remainder of the family arrived. Not only did we not have simple things like enough glasses the description of the tennis court, basketball court and non functional pool were all unusable, absolutely disgusting and smelt terrible. We then had no hot water for the first night which included no showers or use of the stove, when we complained and asked for a nights refund we got told we were offered a late check out and that should be enough compensation (which we didn't take advantage of as we had other plans). We were advised that there is a manager and house cleaner for the property but clearly not doing their jobs. When l looked at booking this property the outdoor amenities along with the house location is why we booked it, l did over look the previous reviews regarding the cleaning thinking that the manager/cleaner/owner should have taken this on board and fixed it. It was a lovely weekend celebrating a family birthday but definitely the property needs some TLC and left a bad taste overall.

The property location is superb, the property itself is fantastic just needs some TLC, cleanliness of this property left a bad taste overall as to use the spa we had to clean it to get it working, dirty fridge, cupboards full of hair and crumbs, with a good clean would be worth the price

We had such an amazing 4 night stay over Easter. The house was great and the perfect size for 12 of us. Everything we needed was supplied and the spa was a big hit with the kids. Beautiful riverside location with a short walk to the pub. We would definitely stay again

This property was perfect for our stay with 2 families of varying ages. The proximity to the river meant we could ski when we wanted. Spacious lounge area and a kitchen we could cook for 12 and the Spa received a thumbs up from the kids.

#### Shirt get away with friends and family the weather was great the house had everything you needed.
Debbie was more than accomodating in attending to our needs whilst away..the house was spacious just had difficulties in using the oven but Debbie was able to get someone over to fix the issue..need to come back and stay longer two days wasn’t enough.

We stayed here for a wedding which was at Perricoota Station, so the location was good for us. Debbie's communication was great and answered all our questions very quickly. The house has everything we needed (except a teapot!) and Debbie had bottled water and the basics, which was great. It's a very noisy house, with not much floor insulation so it was a bit hard to keep babies asleep with the noise of people walking around but that was the only down side. Overall, a great place to stay!

This was a great house , open and spacious, plenty of room for the 12 people staying here . only thing we felt the stair case needs a hand rail , we had a couple of older aunties who needed assistance getting up and down , otherwise the house was perfect , clean and plenty of crockery . Beautiful house, big rooms, comfortable beds, couches and great kitchen, lots of cutlery, glasses, bowls and the like. Plenty of bathroom supplies and a beautiful location. Great place for kids with pool, river, water park close by and basketball court. Upper decking had plenty of seats, big eskys and bbq and the spa was really good. Highly recommend and Debbie is a great host, quick to respond to any questions, great communication. Fabulous getaway spot.
