Only downside was the unit we were in was adjacent to the main highway so had a little traffic noise. Also would suggest taking a couple dish rags and dish towel as those were not provided. At the time, we planned on bringing our kids and just enjoying the time. Last minute, our kids decided they didn't want to go. We still had to work on that Saturday, so we enjoyed a weekend away without our children. It would've been perfect for a bigger party, even better for the two of us. At work that Saturday, we became aware that the physician was staying at a local hotel that was not very clean. We had enough room that we invited them to stay with us. Worked out great. Stayed 2 nights in Oct 2023 This review comes from a trusted partner site and has not been verified. ### 6/10 Okay 24 Oct 2023 #### Okay stay Pros: -Bedrooms are on separate level; helpful for noise if people are staying up at night in the living room/kitchen area -There are pots, pans, and other basic kitchen items - we cooked several meals -There are nice, large TVs -There is a large back patio for outdoor dining Cons: -Sheets were scratchy -One set of sheets smelled heavily of mildew -Shower was not cleaned (hair in drain on arrival, pink slime around edges) -Lacking details that make for a comfortable stay: no hand soap in the kitchen; no tissues -Unit is on the highway side of the complex; you can hear road noise from both bedrooms -We did not find any extra towels for the pool/hot tub -The check out instructions said not to remove the duvet cover when stripping the sheets; does this mean the duvet covers are not washed? ### 4/10 Poor #### Kayla G. 3 Apr 2023 Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness, communication #### Could Have Been Great Very disappointed because overall the place was very nice and had a great location. We arrived at the house, got in easily, started to settle in only to learn that sheets, comforters, mattress covers, pillow cases, and towels were all very wet. Luckily we happened to notice right away. We put them in the dryer, but apparently that was the problem. I messaged the owner several times (no phone number listed) and received no responses. Luckily there was an emergency number for property management. A nice manager brought us dry towels, sheets, comforters, and mattress pads. Unfortunately, the mattress pads smelled horribly moldy so they apparently had not been dry as well. We were told we would be refunded our cleaning fee but were only refunded half. ##### Kayla G. Everything was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The space felt welcoming and had everything we needed to relax after long days of hiking and exploring.The location was convenient, close enough to downtown Moab while still being quiet and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and the condo was stocked with thoughtful touches that made the stay easy and enjoyable.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable home base in Moab. ##### Dee S. When we arrived we noticed that the unit was not cleaned as good as it should have been. There was pee down the fronts of the toilets and on the floor in front. No cleaning supplies to clean with. Thank goodness I carry clorox wipes. I tried contacting the manager with no success. The dryer worked for two or three cycles then quit. Again we tried contacting the manager with no answer. Frustrating to say the least. Minus the cleaning issues it was a nice place to stay. Bring your cleaning supplies and have fun! ##### Trina R.
