Place is nice and clean. Feels pretty new. Pool and hot tub is close by. A few things to consider. Garage didn't fit my truck. There is parking out in front of the garage which helps but lots of people parking in the same area. Location is a little ways outside of town but good overall. We spent our days at Canyonlands, Arches, Dead Horse, Hell’s Revenge with Moab Cowboy and a e-bike petroglyph tour up Kane Creek with Pedego. The home was welcoming, very clean and well stocked. We used it as a base to tour the greater Moab area for a week. We enjoyed the pool & the tennis court. Sun everyday Nice property. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Hot tub was suppose to be working but was not. Owner offered a credit without me asking for it. I really appreciated that. The only thing that we didn’t like was the fence on one side of the property had a green barrier fabric in the fence which blocked the view 4 bedrooms really nice. Beds were great. We had 5 adults and a 3 year old and had plenty of room! The host Andrea is fantastic! Lots of communication during our stay just making sure all was ok. The townhome is stocked better than any I’ve ever stayed at! We didn’t need to get any supplies which was a nice touch! Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries in each bathroom (shampoo, conditioner and lotion) and Kleenex in each room. Awesome touch! The panoramic view of the mountains were amazing.
