"The property is brand new. The food in the rooftop pool restaurant was inedible. I brought it to the attention of our server and was given a 10 percent discount. Upon checking out I told the manager that the food was inedible and nothing was done. Overall, the property is in an excellent location and the rooms are spacious, just don’t eat in the hotel. The staff at the front desk needs to be more guest oriented."

"The hotel is less than 10 min away by car/taxi from the old city. Price was approx 10-15 euros depending on time of day etc. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is helpful and courteous. Our room was cleaned every day. Breaskfast which was included, was excellent. The Taj Mahal restaurant is located on the property, serves Bosnian food, and is mentioned in the Michelin guide. Highly recommended."
