"Spectacular view of Pacific Ocean, beautiful resort, top food at Pelicano’s Restaurant "

"Our stay was pleasant overall, but there were several areas where the experience could have been improved. First, we would recommend limiting your stay to no more than two nights. The location is quite isolated and may not be ideal unless you’re specifically looking for a quiet, pool-focused getaway. The beach, unfortunately, is not very accessible due to the large number of rocks along the shoreline, which can pose a safety risk, swimming is at your own discretion. Additionally, there was a persistent odor coming from the bathroom that was quite unpleasant. I believe this was due to the plumbing of the room(s). We had to keep the bathroom window open at all times to help ventilate the space and make it more tolerable. Parking is also limited and can be challenging. There are only a handful of spots available beyond the gate, so securing a space largely depends on timing and luck. In summary, if you’re looking for a secluded location away from the city and nearby towns, this property may suit your needs. However, for convenience, accessibility, and comfort, there may be better options available."

"The room we stay at has been updated and it has a fridge which comes in handy specially when you bring your own drinks. If a microwave is added it would be great."

"First of all we checked in and not enough towels were provided. Bathroom floors are slippery and they didn’t want to provide an extra floor towel to step out from The shower. Second most important they did not have hot water to shower. We thought it was defective and we asked a cleaning lady if they could fix it and her response was that they don’t have hot water there only cold or freezing water. Third of all the music is so loud they play music outside until 3-4am the rooms are not sound proof and you will stay up all night. Fourth of all the chairs inside the room are not comfortable. You want to put shoes on but it reclines all the way back the idea was there I see their vision but not the right furniture. 5th the cleaning was horrible the edges of the bed are covered in dust and grime we cleaned it ourself with wipes and they all came out black. 6th we asked the laundrymat for extra towels because we couldn’t find the maid and they refused to give us towels because the maid had to provide it to us. We only saw them mopping outside at 8am and couldn’t get fresh towels. 7th the power kepted shutting off at night every 30min to an hr and come back on so watching tv sucked. The good : the view was good and AC worked great was cold and WiFi signal was decent. "

"The food was delicious cooked to order the burritos are fantastic! Just steps from the ocean. The pool is wonderful when the beach is to hot. Lots of shade and cool water. Very relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are basic but your only in them to shower and sleep. It the AC works great we actually had to get blankets because the kids got cold. The staff was great very friendly and accommodating. Tranquilo is a great word to describe the stay!"
