Overall it was a good stay. The building is new and we'll maintained. Area was quiet, easily accessible to Little Italy neighborhood.
On the down side, concierge is not always there, if they're not there, there's a number to call, but it's a phone number to the parent hotel in Toronto, and there's not much they can help with. We got in late at night and the lockbox to the key was jammed. We called the number provided and they couldn't do anything as there's no one they could send to assist. We ended up having to push and pull on the lockbox door for 20 minutes before it opened, it was very frustrating after a long drive.
There was some hair underneath the bed sheets, but otherwise it was clean. Everything else was great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was super clean. Grocery store in front of hotel therefore super convenient. Overall I would go back anytime.

Bonne situation pour visiter. Facilité d’accès.
Chambre de bain aurait besoin d’un peu de rafraîchissement: douche dans le bain: un peu démodé.
Chambre très confortable et d’une bonne grandeur.
Prix un peu élevé pour le buffet pour le déjeuner. (15-20$ de trop)
Personnel très accueillant et disponible pour nous aider.
Tapis dans les chambres: ce n’est plus à la mode.
Avons passé un bon séjour!

"Brookstreet is by far the best hotel in Ottawa. We live a few hours away and still go there at least 3 times a year for multiple nights to get away. The pool in the summer is incredible and the staff is top notch"
