This was by far the worst stay yet. There were bugs everywhere including roaches. I think they need to put more focus on the cleanliness of the units. We also saw possible signs of bedbugs which freaked us out so we requested a move. They accommodated our request promptly and got us a new room. Due to that I am giving more than a 1 star rating. Unfortunately the rest of the experience was not that great. The unit is on first floor so can hear EVERY footstep from the above unit, very annoying. The unit is right at the elevator also, so you have outside noise as well. The sliding glass door to go out to patio doesnt open and close very well. You have to have super powers to open and close it. The patio furniture is not what is shown in the pictures. The furniture that is there is rusted and worn out. Very limited channels on TV. No smart tv either so you cant log into streaming apps. The couch, chair and bar stools were all nasty dirty. We layed a sheet over them before we sat down. Pros: great location, beach service is great. Ac works great. Nice views. Cons: floor was dirty ( turned my feet black), chunks of food in the dishwasher. Hair on the dishes. One of the skillets has Teflon peeling off of it…. No whisk or complete set of measuring cups or spoons. No pot holder either(burnt hand trying to get food out of the oven with a towel). The couch is absolutely disgusting, we put a sheet on it while there. It definitely needs replaced. You get like 5-10 channels which wouldn’t be a problem if it was a smart tv and you could log into your own apps but it’s not. The fridge doesn’t have an ice maker. It’s 2023 all refrigerators in Florida rentals should have this IMO.The living room rug is super uncomfortable to walk on and also needs cleaned/replaced. You can hear everything the upstairs tenants do, walk, flush toilet etc. The mattress could also do with a replacement. The outdoor furniture has seen better days. Would I stay here again? We were very impressed with customer services, check in and check out, went seamless. The unit itself was laid out very nice and our location to the beach and pool were perfect. Beach services attendant Brandon was awesome and helpful. The only negative comments were that the bed wasn’t really comfortable and the couch had seen better days. Also a smart tv would be a nice upgrade for rainy days. The inside is spacious and well decorated. However, the tv channels are very very limited leaving not many choices if a rainy day (or to watch basketball playoffs). WiFi was ok.
