Luxury all around. We loved the pools, hot tub and the instant beach access. Viewing the sunrise, high noon and the sunset all from our deck made staying here at Edgewater so enjoyable. Located so close to shopping, restaurants and fun. We shall return!

Our family loved our stay! The huge decking was our favorite part. The lounge chairs were perfectly set up for us to watch the stars, gaze at the moon and watch the waves come in. Bonus we were able to watch the sunrise from one side and the sunset on the other. Can’t wait to come back!

Close enough but far enough away from the main vacation spots. Private, clean beach. The condo was clean and had amazing views from sunrise to sunset. Condo was equipped with all necessary items. Kids played basketball with each other and other guests.

The condo is nice but the balcony needs some work: weeds and appearance, needs solar lights or reflective tape on steps. But the views over the top!! Beautiful! Also...one elevator for whole building! Long walk to beach...wish we had known that. Tiki bar was open only One day out of a week.

Condo was perfect for our family of 5, everything worked perfect (utilities, tvs etc) It was clean with an amazing view, beautiful balcony and great beach access. The pools, property were well kept and enjoyable to walk around. Close distance to shopping, restaurants but far enough away from the busier parts of the beach. Exactly what we wanted! We had no problems but if we did have a question the property managers were quick and responsive. Wonderful family vacation.

Unfortunately I lost my beautiful wife to cancer on 3/30 her birthday was 4/25 we always came down for her birthday and my birthday in June, so all of our boys decided we needed to continue that tradition, so we did. We enjoy Edgewater and will continue to come down. Thanks so much. Jay

This property is stunning. The owners have put so much thought into the condo. We did not need a thing, it was all there. The view and that balcony are jaw dropping! The only thing I wish I had known was that, since the rental is not through Edgewater, beach chairs were not included. We had to rent chairs on the beach and were put back on the beach behind the other condo owners. Would not deter me from coming back, just wish I had known that going in. Also, there was only one working elevator, so the elevator traffic was heavy in the mornings when all of the people were heading down to the beach.

Great vacation. White sands, emerald water, and great location. Right across the street from a grocery store and restaurants. Home was very clean with brand new appliances and furnishings. Very comfortable beds, living room furniture, and outdoor furniture. Kitchen was very well stocked. Felt like home. No long waits for the elevators. The winds were very strong when we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the terrace as much as we would have liked. Were able to get some games and puzzles from the Edgewater office to enjoy with our boys. We had a great time and would certainly return.

This place was perfect for my family for a week long stay at the beach. Let’s start with the balcony - you are on top of the world and it’s absolutely stunning. I appreciated the little things like the landscaping near the edge of the railing as it dictated a barrier for my toddler to abide. You can see the ocean and surrounding area for miles. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and absolutely perfect for everyone to have their space. We had some major weather potentially coming our way (luckily it swung another direction) but the property manager was in communication with me consistently asking if we were doing okay and if there was anything that they could help with in regards to the outside furniture. It was just nice to know that we had an outlet if anything did go sideways and it wasn’t just a “yeah, we will make note” brush off that you could get with others. Truly wonderful experience and would definitely book with them again!

Misrepresented listing. The master bedroom is one open area including shower and toilet...no privacy..no walls or doors to separate the two. If you're with partner expect to see and hear all toilet activities if you're in the bedroom. I would have never booked this condo if this info was provided in advance somewhere. In addition I inquired on 11/19/23 regarding if there was any construction planned for this condo during my booked trip... It was confirmed to me there would be no construction / noise during my booked days. Not the facts...Everyday drills hammer noise could not use the deck, could not hear yourself think inside condo. The onsite management company different from VRBO listing host company confirmed to me while on property the construction and maintenance had been planned well in advance...everyone should have known.

I love Miramar Beach...It is my happy place and plan to make future trips to the area as often as possible. Overall, this property was great. I will say I was disappointed int the condition of the terrace. The size of the terrace was the biggest reason for choosing this property. The landscaping was overgrown and dead. There was something leaking from the terrace above which caused a large black mold situation on our terrace floor. We could not enjoy the evenings out there when the roaches were skittering around our feet. It looks like there are some renovations being done and if that were the case, I would consider this to be back to a luxury condo. For now, the master bathroom spa tub was in sad shape with black mold growing in the jets. Not that I wanted to use the tub, but the shower was part of the tub combo. The kitchen was nice with new appliances and the rest of the condo seems to have been updated and beds were comfortable. As always, the beach is awesome. It would be nice to have beach set up included with the "luxury condo". There were beach chairs in the storage we could have used...but, who wants to lug chairs up and down each day? We loved the pool; it was clean and well kept. The pool bathroom area was in dire need of cleaning and updating. My final thought is that I would rent in this condo again and will definitely be back to Miramar Beach again!

The property is one I have wanted to stay at for a few years now. The condo was very clean and updated. We had absolutely everything we needed for a very comfortable weekend. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and pristinely maintained…. BUT THE VIEW… we stayed in a penthouse with a terrace!! And the view was absolutely incredible, almost 365*. Sunset and sunrise were breathtaking everyday. Will definitely be back❣️

You will not ever find another condo like this. Incredible views, and a balcony that is bigger than the condo!! The condo was very nice and you can tell recently remodeled. Brand new furniture and paint, which was nice. Great layout, but the star of the show was the balcony. This was straight out of "Cribs" just tons and tons of space. Other guests were so jealous that we had the "BIG BALCONY CONDO" The pool, grounds and beach access were great, and close to food and fun. Just nothing else compares. If you like being outside. This is position A
