I’m still disgusted because I’ve been texting their communications app all week explaining myself. It’s exhausting. It was something simple but yet important to US on this vacation. I do understand most times ppl go on vacations for the activities, however, we went more for relaxation and was disappointed. Pros: The view was beautiful Cons: Balcony was nasty (needs pressure washed). That disappointed me because that’s how I access the view. The beds weren’t comfortable (except main bedroom). Let out couch is sunkened in some areas but bulging in others (if you’re on the heavier side you’ll definitely have a grand issue). The television was broken. Considering it was more of a relaxation for us we expected to catch up on some shows (we have separate interests) \* I contacted them maybe a half dozen times. They would continue to say they’d update you but NEVER DID & came 12hrs before our end trip to rectify a situation that should’ve been rectified the same day since we did notify them within 30 min of arrival of our concern. It was overall an inconvenience & really did put a strain on the trip for us. \* After feeling ignored it was moreso the irritation of lack of response. I understand things can not always be perfect. I cleaned what I could of the balcony myself.
