Set between a quiet pond and the soft, sugar-white sand and emerald waters of the Emerald Coast, Huntington by the Sea beaches are never crowded. You will marvel at the views of the Gulf of Mexico from private balconies. Special amenities include a seasonally heated pool, beach gazebo, and on-site laundry facilities. THINGS TO KNOW Beach service is included from May to October. \*There will be on going exterior restoration at the neighboring condo building until August 2025\. Guests may experience an excess of noise during working hours.\* Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We have stayed at Huntington 12 times and love it. It’s clean and quaint. The only issue we had were the beds in this unit were VERY uncomfortable (hard mattresses) and also this visit was the first time we have had bugs in our room. ##### Jackie j. There was also a hole in the ceiling ... I called to report the problem the next morning and someone came out immediately to fix the problem. Everything was done by 5:00 however we had to shower in the dark because electrical had to be turned off to work. The beds ARE HORRIBLE, They are very very hard. I slept every night on the sofa after trying to sleep in the bed. ALL THE BEDS ARE THE SAME, it feels like you are sleeping on a piece of wood. Everything else about the condo is great….view, convenient to the beach, supplies. If you want to protect your back and get any sleep don’t rent 205. ##### Susan D.
