Lovely property-Vacasa management is terrible

Beautiful property. I wouldn’t choose this unit again, only because it is managed by Vacasa. Communication is terrible.

Great Area - Walking Distance to Wharf

Parking situation was a little challenging...but once we received our text to pay extra for parking and receive the QR code, all was well. Room was exactly as portrayed online. Nice shower. Mattress was VERY firm...which is fine by me. The sheets were AMAZING...I want to know the brand name!!! It's about time for a furniture upgrade in the room, but overall, it was fine. The handle on the closet door is broken FYI.

Good Location

This location was nicely set in the properties. The unit was clean upon arrival, but there were 2 persons in reservation and the room does accommodate up to 4, but there was only one towel, washcloth and hand towel. 2 should be the minimum to start off with we were only there one night. The hot water tank is small so you have to give it a while until another shower/bath can be achieved. The Bed is Extra Firm which was not comfortable at all. We did have a whole extra set of bed linens for the pullout couch. Sad to say we didn’t get much sleep though. So getting up and out wasn’t a problem, just driving 9.5 hours home was exhausting.

Location is the best!!

Its everything you can dream of, the pool , the tennis court, biking , kayaking, beach access and the Wharf are a few things that will make your stay incredible!! Highly recommend it.

This place was perfect for my girls (age 9 and 5) and myself during our short trip to Miramar Beach. My 9 year old really enjoyed the pull out sofa bed. It was very quiet and we could not hear anyone around us.

Everything was great!
