Real Joy had only a few properties left and put us 4 miles from where we wanted to be with no beach access and no view. The balcony that was supposed to be available, was under construction on the new property, so we had no outdoor access, all the patio furniture was in the condo, and they drilled and operated machines on the balcony the whole time we were there. Horrible experience, NEVER BOOK with Real Joy Vacations through VRBO or direct. I spent hundreds of dollars and time on VRBO getting to and from the location I needed to be at because these people failed me BIG TIME! They offered $100 for inconvenience...JOKE! ##### Cynthia M.
