The place is beautifully furnished and clean and has everything we needed. Short walk to the most beautiful beach, stores, fun activities and fine dining. The pool was NOT heated and we stayed in February. There was no disclosure by VACASA regarding the pool. The biggest disappointment was the owner did not pay the water bill, (apparently there was a mix-up according to VACASA) so we were without water for over 17 hours. VACASA was very understanding of our situation and responded promptly when we called them. The owner was kind enough to let us leave early and we received a refund from the owner. ##### teresa p. Not the best for having a five month old. Check would have been easy if anyone could tell us what unit number the place was. Was on the phone for almost 30 minutes, and ended up going to every second story room until I found one with a keypad. The property managers just kept repeating the same vague message in the email.
