It had everything like a whole house and very comfortable for 4 guests. Very nice view of sunrise from the balcony. Located within walking distance to restaurants and fun activities the kids. I love the tram that shuttles guests to the beach and other amenities around the resort. There is an issue with roaches in this condo that was concerning. This review comes from a trusted partner site and has not been verified. ### 4/10 Poor #### DeMarkus W. 12 Jul 2025 #### Be mindful booking this unit This unit had a great view and upon checkin, was very clean aesthetically, however, this unit appears to have a roach infestation with no specific source as we saw a larger roach in the kitchen and smaller ones in the bathroom and bedroom. Until they fix the issue with this unit, I would probably stay clear of booking. The fact that the unit was very clean may be an indication that vacasa is aware that there was already an issue as it has been mentioned before prior to our stay. Overall, the resort itself is lovely, quiet, and is close to everything. The Baytown wharf is definitely a must see! ##### DeMarkus W. ---
