This lovely two bedroom, two bathrooms, condo on the first floor offers a picturesque beach and Gulf view with a convenient stairway from the balcony to the beach boardwalk. The kitchen is fully equipped and has nice wood cabinets, full-size appliances, full housewares, tiled floors, and full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry closet. The primary bedroom offers a majestic four-poster king bed, cozy bedding, a TV, and a DVD player. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and a DVD player. The living area has a great casual nautical feel with red, white and blue colors, a comfortable red sofa, a matching loveseat, a West Indies style loveseat, and a chair with ottoman. There is a dining table for six, an outdoor wicker patio set, as well as two bar stools for more casual seating at the bar. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Beach service is available March 1 - October 31. The description makes you think you take a few steps down to the pool, but it is actually a whole flight of stairs. So we had to use the elevator to the bottom floor to go to the beach to get our wagon and chairs and cooler down. The condo itself needs a really good updating. Screens were broken, no hot water. Smelled like cat pee. The mainsail property is very nice. Both bathtubs in each bath were completely clogged. My husband had to unclog the drains (he is a plumber) they were full of thick hair. The toilet was loose on the floor and rocked back-and-forth when you sat on it. We only had hot water for maybe 10 minutes at the most… the screen door was falling off the back sliding door. The refrigerator would not really get cold. The freezer is leaking water down into the refrigerator. I personally think it just needs a really good updating, and it would be a great place. I have rented from them on multiple occasions, but this visit was a somewhat disappointment with the condo. Location was great ease to everything, but it is like waking into a time zone to 1990, carpet is a hard no for me going forward, it had Oder and worn, base boards missing, paint on walls fading beds not comfortable not to mention would never sit in master tub. It was tolerable for the short stay. Also I love palm trees but there is no view do to the tree over taking balcony. Email had old internet info, found that out after IT gut came out. The condo was perfect. Clean and had everything we needed. Master bed is so comfortable. It gets a little hot in the condo cause you aren't allowed to turn the a.c. up. The only reason I gave ANY stars was the distance from the beach is steps away. Otherwise, this place is not worth even HALF of what's charged. Chewed up baseboards, a rat trap,a hole in the closet with an exposed water pipe, broken sliding glass doors are just a few things that await you here. The beach and the water is gorgeous but this condo is a dump. It was a very large unit with a lot of potential however, this property was very dated and worn and in need of a renovation. It wasn't the best stocked kitchen. There was a hole in the base boards of the kitchen and the wall paper was peeling in the master bath. The TV in the main living area was not working the entire trip, but was finally replaced just before our last day. Our door code didn't work the first or second day and we had to wait outside while on phone with management company. Even the exterior of the condos was in disrepair. It appeared that some kind of pond in between units had been drained and wasn't exactly appealing to the eye. If this property was updated it would be a great place to stay; however, without updating we would not return to this property. ##### Allison M. King bed was horrible and soft. Enjoy the back pain every day. Also sliding doors are stiff as rocks. Hard to open from outside and inside.
