Yes, the place is a little outdated but we just needed a place to rest our heads as we planned to make the most of the beach. We were able to accommodate 6 persons comfortably. The 2nd room has 2 double beds but they are more like full not queen. The kitchen is fully equipped but I would have appreciated more trash bags and maybe have known where to throw our full bags. The view from the master room is nice. I’d leave the curtain open overnight to see the sunrise from bed. The balcony has plenty of seating. We ate breakfast in the balcony and dinner. There’s a grill area in the back by the garage which is a plus since we took some steak for grilling. I never used the 2nd floor to access the beach it was easier through the main lobby vs all the stairs from the 2nd floor. The elevators are small but really I don’t think it’s a big deal. There was always plenty of parking available in the garage at all times. Everything was clean and worked perfectly, and as-pictured in the photos. The room included a set of chairs and an umbrella on the beach, just go down early in the AM to reserve! The kitchen was nicely upgraded and had everything we needed. Overall had a great time! ##### Sage R.
