This modern, Comfortable & Fully Stocked unit will help you relax in a thoughtfully designed space with fast Wi-Fi, smart 55 inch TV and fully equipped kitchen to make your comfort meals. ➤ 1 Comfy Queen Beds ➤ Brand new stainless steel appliances ➤ Huge Windows to Maximize Natural Light ➤ Luxurious Bathroom Finishes with Frameless Walk-In Showers ➤ 50" Smart TV ➤ Stackable washer/dryer included in unit Free street parking on a first come, first serve basis, please look for alternative paid parking lots nearby. A fully refundable $150 security deposit is required. It is collected securely through our trusted property management system and covers incidents such as intentional damage to linens or lost keys/fobs. Guests must provide a government-issued ID and complete a screening form through our verified property management platform. Failure to complete the ID verification or security deposit process will result in a canceled reservation with no refund. Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply. Please note that the building management may request registration of service animals and emotional service animals and upon check-in and may require documentation for your pet. Failure to provide the necessary documents may result in the building refusing to accept your pet, leading to cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Note: The individual making the booking must be the one staying at the property. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time intensive process. 《 PETS 》 ➤Our pet policy is $150 pet fee per apartment and then $35 a month from then on. Evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $250.00 fine charged to guests in addition to any damage and unexpected cleaning required. 《 NO PARTIES》 There is a $1000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. 《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS》 All guests must be registered for liability purposes. ➤A surcharge of $50.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.\*\* 《 SECURITY CAMERA 》 Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity Outside of the unit only. 《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》 Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. ➤$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as my cleaners are on tight schedules. 《 CHECK-IN TIMES 》 Guests are also expected to adhere to the check-in time. If a guest arrives before the scheduled check-in time and requests early access, an early check-in fee of $50 per hour will be applied. This fee covers the additional expenses associated with accommodating early arrivals. 《 GARBAGE 》 Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the trash dumpster by the parking lot. 《 LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS 》 Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out. 《 LIGHTS 》 Please turn off lights when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out. 《 SHOES》 Outdoor shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the unit. 《 COMMUNITY POLICIES & RULES 》 We appreciate guests who value maintaining the integrity of the building community and its rules and policies. Each lost key, including mail keys, are subject to a replacement fee of $150\. Please return keys to the lock box at the time of check-out. Keys that are not returned into the lock box will be deemed lost and may be subject to replacement fees. Please ensure the lock box has been closed securely. ✦《 RESERVATION EXTENSION POLICY 》✦ Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hour notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty. All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners. Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed. Our cleaners operate on strict schedules and 100% of the fees go to our hard working cleaners to compensate them for the last minute changes. We do not allow mail or package delivery to our listing address for short-term stays. Entry to the building with 7 digit number worked twice. Most of the time we had to wait for a resident to open the door. Room key pad required several tries each time. Parking was terrible and it was unsafe when we had to walk several blocks from street parkingTo the building. Check out requested a keyfob whiche we never got.
