The room was okay, not the cleanest. There are burn holes in couch and vanity was dirty upon arrival. The jacuzzi did not hold water, it drained continuously while trying to use. Also during our stay, the fire alarm went off in middle of night, which I understand things like this can happen, but when trying to exit the emergency exit on west side of building, we found door wouldn't open and had to leave through main entrance on other side of hotel- not very safe in event of real emergency. Thankfully there was no fire that we were aware of anyway. No explanation was given. I am also still waiting for my $200, up-front damage deposit, to be refunded.

After I booked a room, I then read some of the reviews and became very nervous about staying here. We asked to see the room before checking in. It was clean and everything was as expected for our one night stay. It was clean, but the hotel itself is outdated. We requested the shuttle service to and from the airport and left our vehicle parked in the hotel lot. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept ( or tried to ) in. Not a queen as advertised smaller. Definitely need some work . I would not stay again

Checked into my room and went to lay down, found poop smeared on the sheet. I immediately gathered my things and left, the front desk clerk was too busy to talk so I called him an hour later on my 6 hour drive home since I had no bed to sleep in now, and I wanted to talk about what happened and how I would like my money back, he said “hold on I’ll check on it” and hung up on me and j did not receive a call back.

The first thing I noticed on entering my room was the new wood look flooring. I prefer hard flooring to carpet any day. Then i noticed the walls. They are desperately in need of a new paint job. My room had a recliner which was super appreciated! It was SO NICE to be able to sit down and put my feet up. The neighbors next door were very noisy at 2 a.m. I banged on the neighbors door but they would not answer. And they didn't quiet down much. I tried to call management but noone answered the phone. So then I dialed the neighbors room. They didn't answer but they did quiet down. So that worked out. The bed was okay and they serve breakfast. It is in a quiet spot so no traffic noise. But beware, if you're parking your car while on a trip, they do charge parking fees.

The staff was nice and the room smelled clean but it was very run down. Shower didn't work, towels were dusty which was odd. Felt a little on edge with the hall wanderers...
