The hotel seems to be newly renovated, the beds were also very comfortable! You get amazing views of the downtown skyline. Staff were very helpful! 10/10 would recommend.

Very friendly staff. Was able to accommodate an early check in last minute. Room was very spacious and clean. Walking distance to target center. Would recommend and stay again!

Stayed here for the Big Ten Tournament in March 2024. Access to the Target Center was GREAT with Skyway access all over downtown. Super helpful staff. Very safe and Very clean!

Spacious room, but tiny refrigerator, no microwave. Can't even fit a small leftovers box inside it. Being downtown, even on higher levels it's nonstop sirens all night long.

The folks are always helpful and friendly. They were short staffed, especially with the holiday, but they did their best to accommodate us at every turn.

The staff we encountered were professional, helpful and gracious. The room we had was on the 28th floor-what a view! The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. We did not have a meal at the hotel during our stay, but did have a drink at the hotel bar. Nice atmosphere and great bartenders! We will stay at Minneapolis Marriott City Center again!

The front desk staff did not greet us, did not use please or thank you, did not smile and was generally unpleasant. Their parking services were not working to get access in and out of the garage so we had to go to the lobby each time. In these cases since we had to pay extra for parking, it would have been appropriate to make it complimentary since it was not working properly and required more work by the paying guest. They also had a room service menu printed in the room and advertised in the elevator but when we tried to place an order they said they were no longer doing room service at all (we made sure we called within the hours listed on the menu).

The heater wasn’t working on the room. And it was amazing cold. However they repair the heater at 3:30 am. However the sleep was not the best.

I realize it’s the world we live in now but there was a periodic smell of pot in the hotel. The disappointing part of this reality is how every time the HVAC ran it blew the smell in the room. The system could benefit from additional filtration so that those don’t imbibe don’t share in the experience.
