Very nice staff! The woman in front of me in line had some problems with her reservation. The night auditor was very kind as he helped resolve it. We will stay there again.

The pool was small and mucky, the hot tub was out of service and had flimsy boards taped up around it. Our key cards kept deactivating (three times in three days) the breakfast was almost completely gone by 8:30 (supposed to close at 9) with a 20 person wait for the waffle maker. Definitely paid for what we got, as it was the cheapest hotel in the area. Next time we’ll definitely spend a bit more to have something more decent.

Overall stay was good only thing I didn’t like every time I asked for towels they said I had to come down and get no hotel ever told me I needed to come down they would bring them other than hotel was fine!

I booked with this hotel because it was 'pet friendly' ONLY TO FIND OUT, WE COULD NOT LEAVE OUR DOG THERE WHILE visiting the mall, I've rented plenty of rooms that allowed this feature, very disappointed, won't be back, and than not notified before approaching the counter all the extra fees, other hotels stated this on there websites, so again, very poor service. We won't be back. The front desk girls were nice, they didn't totally understand what I was saying, so they need to learn English if there going to live and work in America!

A hotel, among others along 494 in Bloomington, MN, long past its prime. Poor wifi, typical of Wyndam-branded hotels. Four days without housekeeping service. A parking lot that needed repaving 20 years ago. Three elevators, 2 working on a good day. Interior noise during all hours. No restaurant. Low expectations at this hotel.

Property is a bit worn down. Breakfast was good. Pool is small and uninviting. Hotub was not working/closed off. Rooms are small but comfortable. Not fully clean in room or in other areas of the hotel.

When we checked in and they gave us our room, we went up to our room and someone else was already in it so we had to go back down to lobby and they got us into a new room. The hot tub was under construction and was not told it was so I was pretty upset to not have a hot tub, and then the pool was so cold we couldn’t even swim, and the pool and the pool area just looked so dirty it was so gross! And the breakfast was okay, but all they really had for actual warm food was eggs and sausages. Just wasn’t a lot of options to eat from. In our room it just looked like everything was falling apart.
