Came by around 3:15pm no one was there to help waited almost 15minute before someone showed up to check me in also called earlier to se if I could check in a little early if the rooms were ready but was told there will be an additional 30$ for that.

The front desk staff, a young gentleman who shared he'd only been there a week - initially told me he couldn't check me in because the system was doing an update. I had called earlier in the day to notify that I was going to be a very late arrival and was told the message would be passed on. The young guy then told me that he didn't see my reservation, then he told me that he found me under the no show list. However, he was amazing at swiftly correcting the issue and getting me checked in. I appreciated his professionalism and assistance.

Room was disgusting. Could not even take a shower due to not having a handle on the tub faucet. Bathroom countertop had sticky stains and the faucet only dribbled out water. There also appeared to be a crusty vomit stain on the carpet next to the bed. Would have been further ahead if we slept in the car…

Room was dirty, no maintenance on staff or even on call. I had to fix the bathroom myself. There was hardly anyone at the front desk. The young woman in the evenings was the only competent person I met at this hotel.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen
I didn’t stay. I have never in my life checked into a hotel and been so completely disgusted I couldn’t stay. The lobby floor, entry floor hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped in quite some time. However I trusted it would get better. Getting off the elevator there was literally trash all over the hall, pieces of chips or crackers, wrappers from food, lots of crumbs, a cup - clearly the hall hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I kept going, hoping. The room was so bad I didn’t want to set my bag down. The tub and toilet were absolutely gross, the bed was made but not neatly like you expect, the night stand was sticky from a spill and had crumbs. With all of it this bad I had no confidence the sheets would be clean. I was horrified, cried, called my husband back home. He told me to leave, so thankful for him. I don’t have courage for such things and felt bad, the desk lady was kind and I didn’t want to offend her but I couldn’t stay there. Years ago I stayed there often, never again. I have seriously never seen anything like this in a hotel. Now I’m watching my credit card statement to see if I have to fight to get my money back, but even if I lost the money at least I felt safer and cleaner elsewhere. Wish I had taken pictures to post here.

This has to be one of the worst place i've stayed. When I reserved it online, there was nothing noted about unavailable ready rooms. When I arrived, the front desk guy said they do not have ready rooms. The only rooms they have available that fits the 3 of us are 1 uncleaned room and 2 other rooms that has something wrong with them. After trying to figure out what to do he finally gave me one of the room that was cleaned but had some minor issues in the room. We decided to stay anyways because it was already 1 midnight and needed to crash. When we got into the room, it looks clean and it as a nice size room but the beddings were not clean at all. We know because the pillow and bedsheet's got hairs all over it. Called the front desk to get new linens so we can put it on. Went downstairs to get the new linens, and they don't even have enough. There's 3 of us and we needed new linens for both queen beds, however all he was able to give us was 1 blanket, 1 fitted sheet, 3 pillow case, and 2 flat sheets! He says they don't have any and wont be available untill they are washed tomorrow! OMG what kind of hotels would be so poor here they don't even have enough linens or extra linens? No wonder they didn't even change those linens! I would not recommend this place to stay for the price that I had to pay, close to $200 per night.

Bad place to stay
Didn’t have the room I reserved. Put me in 2 different rooms same floor but at the different end of the motel. Was expecting a hotel but it was a motel. Toilets ran the whole time, my hair dryer didn’t work and didn’t replace it till the day before I checked out. My room was dirty leftover food in fridge. I will not recommend This place. PS they don’t do housekeeping while you are there.

Disappointing Stay
The hotel is in a safe area and parking is free and abundant. Bedding was new and clean. Those are the positives. Reception staff was unwelcoming and dismissive. Cupboards in rooms were full of crumbs and leftover food from previous occupant. No ice machine in hotels -was told that there were ice cube trays in room fridge which was true, but they were empty. Breakfast consisted of a mini muffin or a granola type bar, coffee. Very disappointing considering the cost of the room I paid.

We booked this hotel as a last minute kind of thing. Tiolet didn't flush like it suppose to had to ask front desk to bring the olunger, phone didn't work even though it was plugged in, the hot water at night was cold. If I'm ever in the area again I probably wouldn't waste my time booking this hotel. Customer service was pretty good but just slow.

This room was disgusting. It looked like it had not been cleaned in months. There was gum stuck to the carpet. The bathroom was gross and dirty. There was a cockroach crawling in the bathroom. I only stayed here for the cheaper WAY parking for the airport but I will never stay here again. It was a nice neighborhood so I expected more from the hotel.

Last minute need of hotel stay. Room was ok. They really need ti instruct their cleaning people to clean under the beds! Disgusting!!

The tv in the room had no remote. After several attempts to locate one at front desk I asked for another room. Was told no clean ones and no one there to clean one. This was at 3:00 PM. Totally unacceptable. Never stay there again.

This hotel was the exact opposite of what we had imagined. We've stayed at Extended Stays before, and they were always fine. This one was run down, dirty, and understaffed. Just walking in you could see that they need better housekeeping employees. The hallways, elevators, and common spaces looked so dirty and run down. Our room was just as bad. The floor was sticky, there was a thick layer of dust on most surfaces, and the shower drain had gunk in it. There were no dishes in the kitchen area, no garbage can, and no sheets on the fold out bed. We did not even have a remote for the TV. There was basically no evidence the room had actually been CLEANED before we got there. Honestly we were so unhappy that we left after one night. We had planned to be there for 6 nights and couldn't. Hopefully this place gets turned around because the staff seemed nice enough, but we will not ever be staying there again.
