Very nicely furnished with comfy beds. We really enjoyed the layout and the floor plan. It let us spread out when we wanted or gather when we wanted. Host was very responsive to our inquiries. Neighborhood seems very nice, but we did hear gunshots one night. The walk to a great co-op grocery store was only about 7 blocks and they had a very nice selection. If you want wash cloths you have to ask as only towels are supplied, but the host was very responsive to this request. We never did find the hot tub (but we also didn't ask). ##### Linda M. One wing a huge primary, which is nice for privacy. The other wing has three levels of bedrooms and bathrooms. A third wing has another bedroom and bathroom, laundry room, counter/chairs. Very private. On either side of the house in the basement are sitting areas/family rooms. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is that there is a step up to the kitchen, which caught me off guard a couple of occasions. If you are looking for many bedrooms with several having their own bathrooms, this is for you. ##### Diane T. We had a large group and it never felt crowded. Lots of steps, but bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor if steps were a problem. We had a group of 12 friends gather here for a weekend together and we were very impressed with the property. It was large, clean, and well located for easy access to downtown. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and enough beds, couches, and futons for everyone to have a place to sleep.
