Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. The Neighborhood: The Mill District, Minneapolis (also known as Downtown East) is re-emerging as the city's historical and cultural epicenter. The legendary flour mills which once dominated the St. Anthony Falls, have been given new life as many of the original buildings have been converted into elegant homes, and slick office space. Many of the historic buildings have transformed into cultural attractions with the Mill City Museum, Guthrie Theater, and MacPhail Center for Music, all taking up shop in the Mill District. Getting Around: Uber and Lyft drivers are everywhere. We find the location and downtown to be very walkable as well :) Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. The neighborhood is really great and very walkable, with lots to do. The apartments are always very clean, spacious and have a pretty view. However,There were many things we had to contact the host about. The majority of their communication was just robotic (seemed AI generated) and not helpful. Multiple issues took over a day to be resolved. To be honest, we got tired of contacting the host about things (initial entrance took over an hour of back and forth before we gained entry, texting me from 3 different random numbers asking for my license and credit card info when I’d already paid in full, then there were the issues of lacking basic kitchen tools, garbage can was broken, pool was very dirty and very cold, hot tub was barely warm, elevator not working and the list goes on) we just stopped contacting the host after a while and dealt with the inconsistencies as we encountered them. We stayed for 2 weeks and were on the 4th floor. The location was great, but for the price, I was really looking forward to be able to use to pool daily but it was way too cold to do so, the building itself had lots of issues, the Roku TV is on its last days, the wifi is very slow, the ironing board is a little mini size, but if you’re ok with paying this high price tag while dealing with minor inconveniences, you won’t mind. If it had been a couple little things, fine, but it was just so many, daily annoyances for this price. ##### Christy Anne W.
