Sofa is not very comfortable and it's a small tv. Kitchen is adequately stocked for those that don't cook extensively. Bed in room with sun porch is too soft. Not sure about other beds. Sunroom is nice. Main issue is that there is no way to open windows for fresh air as there are storm windows on the exterior. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The towels and bath mats could use updating. As other guests stated , the front door can be tricky to lock. Also, upon arrival, the recycle bin in the house was full from the previous guests and we needed to empty it. I think it would be important to note that due to the age of the home, there isn’t a bathroom on the main level. They are located on the second floor and the basement. Katie was great about communication and very accommodating for us. The house was very cozy and homey. Updated kitchen was a nice little addition for sure. Plenty of cookware if you aren't planning on going out to eat. One thing I didn't notice on the listing that I was pleasantly surprised by was the cozy little backyard space. It's not huge by any means but it's private and a little overgrown, which I love. Our 2 year old loved rolling around in the grass. There's also a good basement space for unrestricted play. Nothing breakable so a nice little place for her to burn off some steam. Location was perfect too. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
