Reserved through Expedia. On check in they asked for $100 deposit and said must be cash only. We don’t carry cash so I asked to take my card for the deposit but they said that is their policy. I decided to cancel and they won’t refund the charges. I am going to dispute it with my bank and never stay there.

Behind the bathroom door was filthy and I wonder how long its been left unclean. There are crumbs under the bed from the previous occupant...what else was left undone? We drove a long way and have an appointment at the hospital tomorrow. We aren't going to fuss to them...we've had enough stress...

The room has been cleaned but not thoroughly. The bed was comfortable. The most uncomfortable part was check-in. I had to stand outside the lobby and hand over $100 cash deposit through a high security window before I was allowed to enter the hotel at all. This felt quite uncomfortable late at night. The door to the lobby was locked and I could not get in until I had my key card. I did not feel entirely safe, even though the neighborhood appeared to be safe. The level of security made me think the area or the hotel wasn’t safe. But by then it was too late at night, and I didn’t wanna lose my prepaid hotel room. Fortunately, the room was quiet.

When we booked this room, we looked on Google Earth at the area and it looks fine, but the hotel needs lots of work. We left lights on to keep bugs from visiting. the shower was so rusty and had cig burns on it, and the sink was cracked and rusty. one of our blankets had burns in it, why was this not tossed when housekeeping made the beds? Just a horrible place.

I liked the TV and bed space. I didn't like that the room had not been sanitized nor vacuumed. Bathroom wasnt cleaned, had hair from previous guests. Not enough towels for two guests in the two guests room. I was inconvenienced in running to an ATM for cash deposit, a deposit was mentioned upon reserving room online but not mentioned would need to be cash so I thought my credit card would be charged. It was quiet so that was pleasant.

They are demanding a $100 cash deposit for entry onto the property, even if you have a reservation. Feels sleezy. Who carries cash? Numerous reports that they then invent reasons to keep the cash.

The building needs some upkeep. The worst thing is the main entrance smell like smoke so bad there’s a sign outside in the main entrance. It says no smoke in there but there’s cigarette burns along the brick and cigarette butts laying all over and then when you go inside, it stinks Not very clean. The remote control in my room was so sticky I could hardly touch it. Needs to be cleaned up a little.

Inexpensive time travel.
It's like I stepped back into 1994 except with flat screen tv and memory foam bed. Was Inexpensive and not bad place to sleep.

They required a $100 CASH damage deposit, which you are not notified of until you get there. Very inconvenient to have to find an atm to get cash just to check in. Shower curtain rod was barely attached to the wall and hanging down. Shower head was loose. Bath faucet was loose. Toilet seat was loose. There was a hole in the bathroom door that was patched but not painted. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana. Will not stay at a Coratel again.

Asked to check in early they agreed if I paid 30$ fee. Which I did but then was told they only had a smoking room. After checking in the room it was dirty and had a nauseating smell. I asked to be moved to a non smoking room and they refused
