You stay there because of the view and central location. Huge price tab of a Ritz or Four Seasons without the customer service.... Staff is not terribly helpful at times. We asked for a "Do Not Disturb" sign for bedroom several times. Crickets. We asked to change a large Euro bill. Crickets. We asked for a late checkout for one of our several rooms. Nope. But the view is stunning!

A delightful stay in Vittoria wine country. Relaxing, great food, friendly staff. The room was wonderful. They provided fresh drinking water every day and some fresh fruit in the room. Cool overnight stay.
We stayed one night in this hotel, and enjoyed it enormously. We decided to book one of the more expensive rooms, and it did not disappoint, absolutely stunning! We also had a delightful massage and made use of the pools and restaurant. All extremely good.
