This delightful apartment for 6 is located in the leafy suburbs of Minehead and only a 5-minute drive from the beach. Situated on the first floor of a large converted Edwardian house, you can expect plenty of original features and characterful touches. Enjoy light & bright interiors that mirror the serenity of the coast, with huge windows that flood the space with light. There are great views of the surrounding hills & distant sea. Private off-road parking for multiple vehicles and dogs welcome!

The Space:
Sitting less than a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk from Minehead Beach, this stylish apartment for six offers an ideal seaside getaway for families or friends. Explore this scenic slice of the West Somerset coast, with Exmoor National Park right on the doorstep.

Located on the first floor (accessed via a set of stairs), you can expect plenty of light and pretty views over the hills and distant sea. Soak it up from the comfort of your bed with a cup of morning coffee or out in your shared garden with a book in hand. Inside, the decor is crisp whites and nautical nods to the home’s surroundings. When the evenings draw in, snuggle into the sofas with a film on the Smart TV. Next door, a well-sized kitchen has everything you need and more to cook up delicious meals (make sure to pick up the day’s local catch!)

Dating back to the 1800s, the apartment still retains many of its original features. In the bedrooms, find exposed wooden floorboards and decorative Edwardian fireplaces. These are perfectly paired with antique furniture and cool coastal hues. There are three bedrooms in total: two doubles and a twin room (with the option of a double futon). All share a family bathroom with a separate shower unit and bath.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a leafy suburb of Minehead, a charming seaside town in West Somerset The local beach is a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk, and many of the local amenities are on the doorstep. Enjoy walks up on North Hill and along the coastal path to Porlock. Take dips at the beach, head off on mountain biking trails in the hills and find some good grub at the local pub. The historic village of Dunster is only 5-minute drive; named the prettiest medieval village in Exmoor there is so much to explore. Getting Around:
The apartment is located a 15-minute walk to Minehead Beach and the local amenities so you won't need to use your car during the stay. That said, you may wish to have a vehicle to visit the surrounding areas and there is free on street parking in the area. From May 2024, there will also be free off-street parking available on the driveway.

Other Things to Note:
Please note, the free off-street parking is only available from May 2024 onwards.

Dogs are welcome with a fee of £20/dog (max 2). It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms and not left in the property unattended.

It’s a lovely apartment with stunning views to the sea. It’s spacious with good facilities. It’s well placed to get to the town and it is quiet and safe. I would stay here again.
