El servicio de buffet en general está bastante bien en general y el servicio en el mismo es impecable, bien atendido desde el inicio hasta el final. Aunque es verdad que la comida se hace un poco repetitiva y el menú infantil es muy corto. Siendo un hotel para niños creo que tendrian que tener mas variedad por ejemplo...
"Our experience at the Silverside hotel was very relaxing and it was just perfect after a week in Porto. There was rain from beginning to end of our 4 day adventure, but loved to come back at this hotel to relax and unwind and mostly heat-up! Thank you Loren o for all you special attention!!"

"The beach access is amazing!! The hotel would do well to have the restaurant fix their chairs because staying above the restaurant all you hear all day and night are the chairs scraping across the floor. Besides that hotel is clean, convenient, AC worked well. The area around is nosy (my room was ocean view) so it's to be expected that you hear all the action. We also had a balcony (not many rooms so) and I found that really worthwhile to people watch at night! "
"This place was wonderful! Elenisa was super friendly as well as all the staff. The place was exceptionally clean and well taken care of and breakfast was terrific with buffet style including scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, breads, meats, cheeses and cereals etc. Comfortable beds, great pool and bar area. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommend staying here! "
"The staff was awesome two things i recommend they should offer golf cart ride to the spa which is 300 meters a way from the hotel after a relaxing treatment no one wants to walk up a hill in the hot sun back to the hotel and the outside of the spa needs to be landscape to a more zen setting it looks like an abandoned fishing cabin "
"This is a great place to stay for an introduction to Nazare. Lots of dining options and cocktail bars in walking distance. It is also a short walk to the funicular that takes you to the top of the cliffs to see the church and lighthouse. "
