Discover the most beautiful landscapes of our resort by staying in this charming semi-detached house, located just 600m from the ocean and 650m from the resort center!  
Ideally located, this rental allows you to enjoy a wide choice of activities and entertainment nearby: surfing, jet-skiing, paddleboarding, the Maillouheyre trail, tennis courts, pétanque courts, arenas, as well as restaurants, bars and other must-see places in the region.  
The interior of the house, practical and bright, includes a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker and dishwasher. You will also find a comfortable living room with sofa, armchair and flat-screen TV. The sleeping area, located on the ground floor, has a 160 bed for quiet and restful nights, as well as a bathroom with WC.  
Upstairs, a spacious dormitory accommodates a 160 bed and two 90 beds. Ideal for getting together with family or friends!   
Outside, a private plot of approximately 400m² awaits you with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying delicious summer evenings in complete tranquility.   
This cottage is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing and active holiday, offering comfort, practicality and an ideal location, just a few steps from the ocean and the lively centre of the resort.
